Was sold a 63 Plate A-Class. All seemed good day 1. Day 2 the car dropped to limp mode. I called WD on Day 3 and the phone dialled out to answer Day 4 + 5 were the same, dialling to answer after a few rings Day 6 - Phone line dialling straight to answer without calling. Day 7 I drive there myself, car in limp mode, to find they've upped and left. Business totally closed down. No mention of this in sale or in the 6 month warranty / guarentee. No way to make contact + no forum to share this with. Should have sought legal action really, but was dealing with a lot of issues at the time and this only added to other more important shit. Whoever owned this "Business", give your head a wobble and I hope you never trade again.. Scum of the earth to do this to a 21 year old (at the time) who had made it clear they were having a difficult period.

I was searching for Golfs on google when I came across the Golf I ended up buying from WD Motors which is a good car, it did have its issues but they are sorted now. I PX my previous car and they did give a good price for it. i would recommend.

Lovely car but had to take it back to WD Motors 3 times within first couple of weeks because of problems including spare key not being programmed to the car. I thought inside of car was pristine until I found someone's half eaten lunch shoved into compartment on drivers side, bits of ripped up cardboard and other rubbish in pockets on back of chairs. The service was friendly but couldn't help feel I was being rushed away each time I was there. Oh also deposit was forgotten to be refunded back to me and was done upon arrival of me turning up there. Certainly won't be buying from here again!!!
I would definitely recommend WD Motors! Very friendly and personable dealers, they make you feel like a friend rather than just a customer. The cars are great and the service is quality. I have had no issues with my Ford Focus at all and I have had it since the start of January.

I bought at the beginning of December 2016, I was told upon purchase of this car it had all been checked over and serviced before hand over. I have had to have this in the garage to get the tracking done, which I was aware needed to be done which is fine. But the garage also had a good check over of the car and it came back to me with a bill of over £200.00, now if the car had been fully checked and serviced when I bought it surely I should have needed to do this works to it? Below is a list of things which have been done New oil filter Oil drain plug New hand brake cable Copperslip/grease/brake cleaner Front brakes needed stripped lubricated slider pins clean and refit Strip rear brakes removing drums – handbrake cable had seized on the near side 9hence why handbrake didn’t work) Clean up shoes & drums Lubricate pivots and adjuster Renew engine oil New sump plug I don’t think this is acceptable as really this should have all been checked on handover and the garage are very shocked this car passed an mot, I’m very lucky my brakes have not failed which could have resulted in causing harm to myself, my new born child or another road user

All problems you've listed on this review are items that you need to do as a customer to keep your car running. It's called maintenance. Suppose you want the garage to fuel it and pay for your insurance too! What stupid woman you are!
In August I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from WD Motors. I am very happy, the whole experience was great from start to finish. I purchased a Vauxhall Astra back in August and I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers have been a fantastic help and the car is very good value for money. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

Aftersales doesn't exist here. Once they have your money they dont seem bothered unless you want to buy another car from them. Overpriced too in my opinion.

Surely if the garage was over priced then you wouldn't of bought a car from there. How stupid is this review! Think before you speak comes to mind.
Very happy and especially to paul in collecting me from airport. Well worth the trip.
During the sale they were really keen and I was able to take a good test drive and I was happy with the car, unfortunately the after sales leaves a lot to be desired. There was issue I pointed out to them prior to the sale that weren't addressed, they didn't inform me before the sale that the car was missing the majority of its documentation and a second key and the customer service when communicating with the dealership has also been poor.
