The Newcastle braches manager is a bully towards her staff (Cheryl). Multiple staff are unhappy but scared to say anything. My partner raised his complaint to her manager and she then got him fired by her "reviews" as his line manager - Making sure he failed his probation. She made him feel guilty for having D&V - forcing him to come in when unwell - risking spreading it to other vulnerable people. He was so nervous to contact her again for emergency leave that I had to go through a miscarriage in hospital on my own whilst he was at work because he feared to loose his job. Multiple epsiodes of abuse of power. We have now gone to ACAS due to this and multiple other instances. This woman is somehow protected by her higher management even though she is abusing her power and not fit for a managerial role.

Found a van on their site was told it was a solid 9/10 quality. Travelled 3 hours to pick it up found little bits of rust on the body work and 4th gear crunched abit when changing into it and the interior floor was ripped up by the driver's seat. Already paid the deposit and needed a van for work. They offered me £100 off for the gearbox issue which after buying and getting home my mechanic said it would be upwards of £800 to fix. Gearbox issue spread to reverse so I called them up (2 weeks later) they said as they deducted £100 off they wouldn't touch it. Since then front brake discs have failed, DPF has completely failed and required a new one which conveniently their warranty doesn't cover, now the turbo has failed and I have to pay to recover the van that won't move to a garage to get a vat registered company to do a report at my cost for them to decide if they will cover it. Their warranty isn't worth the booklet it's printed in and their after sales is absolutely horrific. Do not buy anything from them unless you have a mechanic with you and testing the vehicle for you. As this was all within 3 months of sale.

bit of a scam , done an online quotation and they offered me 1625 so i took my car through knowing i would get less time they looked around it, they checked it and told me they could not buy my car because it had a rust scab approx 2 inches on the rear boot lid, they would not even make an offer on it at all even though in their faq they say they will buy ANY car, all they done was waste 30 mins of my time, they offer more than we buy any car but dont give you it thats for sure, stay with the original we buy any car at least they will make an offer on it

Definitely not worth your time the dont pay what they say and make faults up with Your car to try and get it cheaper.

I found myself in a stressful situation with regards to the vehicle I had on finance. I went to see the gents and they sorted everything out for me. I got a decent price (better than all other dealers) and the payment was sent directly to the finance company. This saved a lot of work for me. Big shout out to Chris who finalised the deal.
