We purchased a Nissan Micra from Lee Mellor Trading as wesellsmallcars.co.uk also known as CARSMART SOUTHAMPTON LTD also known as and leeeverton111: on Ebay for £670 on 8th May 2021. Just 14 days later 22 May 2021 it became apparent that the vehicle had a serious electrical fault. The car refused to start even turn over turn to key and nothing! all dash lights light up like a Christmas tree even with or without key in ignition. After several attempts we managed to get the vehicle started however the engine then wouldn’t turn off and stayed running even with the key removed. After further investigation we also discovered that the chassis was twisted. (Vehicle was mot`d just 4 months ago. We promptly contacted lee to let him know that the car was dangerous and not safe to drive/ Lee Mellor is a motor trader. By law, the dealer must sell you a vehicle that is roadworthy and as advertised. The car will come with three months cover and will be free of charge. It covers a limited number of faults, mainly to do with major components. It will not cover wear and tear and will also exclude most parts. I brought a Hyundai i40 in April from We Sell Small Cars. I started getting a small problem with the clutch. I phoned Natasha, can’t praise her highly enough. No arguments she took the car back to fix it, fitted a new clutch and all the ancillary parts. She and her mechanic were superb, kept me informed all the time, really really happy with them both. Considering I brought the car in April and it’s now June. Fantastic, Natasha understood that it was a problem with the car, I’d like to add. It was sold in good faith and had nothing to do with Natasha. I cannot recommend this dealer high enough. To get service like this these days is difficult to find. Well done and thank you very much. We found this so called car sales dealer,a woman called Bash or Basher!!! showed us some cars ,very rude,seemed more interested in sending texts while talking to us. Cars were all dirty,the car we went to look at wasn't there,it was coming in a week later. As we were not spending lots of money,we were treated as if we were paupers!! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM WE SELL SMALL CARS... SO CALLED CAR DEALERS,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
Brilliant experience with We Sell Small Cars. I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from here back in August and I have had no issues with it at all. The cart was very nice and clean and in excellent condition and the dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable.
