Do not trust Wearside Autoparc! The reason there are so many good reviews is because the salesmen offer you £20 to leave a good review! When I first bought the car from Wearside they assured me that the car had been serviced and also that it had 12 months MOT without any advisories. Before buying the car it showed to have failed it MOT as the rear brakes needed replacing. I was assured that the work would be done and the car would be sold to me with a full MOT. When I purchased the car it had 12 months MOT however the work had not been done. Again, as part of a full service the brakes should be checked, but this had quite clearly been overlooked. The reason the car had passed its MOT was because they use their own garage to pass cars through so they can please customers. When I returned home I checked the MOT and the car had miraculously passed the same day as it failed. From my experience parts like this on a car can be ordered to arrive the next day, they are not stock items especially when it is not Mercedes themselves. I took the car to a local garage a few months later and they informed me that by the looks of the car it had never been serviced. I was faced with a £930 bill to fix the problems. The back brakes which had apparently been replaced were in an extremely dangerous state and could have caused the wheels to lock up at any time. After speaking with the dealer they assured me that the car had its brakes replaced. But they had clearly not been. It took over a week for me to get a response from the dealer after speaking to them daily to resolve this issue. When the dealer found out that I had the necessary work done to fix the problems they told me they would have the work for £400 and due to the inconvenience would have covered my fuel costs to and from the dealer. I found it very funny how they finally decided to come back to me when I had already had the work done. As a ‘good will gesture’ they then offered me £150. In my eyes this was to try and stop me from taking the matter any further.

I was very happy with Joseph as a salesman, however the gentleman who delivered it just dropped it of no explanation of how anything worked on car he just give me key and walked away I had to shout after him where is the logbook he threw his arms up and shouted on the seat I felt a bit like he couldn't wait to get away that is not good manners, but the sale with Wearside Autopark went through without a hitch.
Brilliant service from wearside autoparc , really happy with my new car, couldnt fault the sales man kevin .Thanks so much definatly be back.

Recommend anyone to go to Wearside Autoparc good service all round and helpful and great advice on choosing a car.
I recently part exchanged by car for a Audi A3. I found the service to be excellent and prompt. Very helpful and I requested parking sensors which were fitted at a small cost. The car was valeted, mot and fuel put in to get home. So far no problems and service from wearside parc has been excellent up to now and would recommend.

After searching the Internet for a variety of near new cars I found a good match at wearside auto Parc. Booking a test drive was straight forward and easy, the staff were friendly very helpful and relaxed. We quickly settled on a part exchange and completed all the paper work quickly and without any fuss. Finally completed the exchange within a week. Was a totally different experience than I had had two weeks beforehand with Evans Halshaw, where I eventually pulled out of the deal after finding a history of faults and not failures with the car on regit that Evans Halshaw had neglected to inform me off, which meant I test drove their car with a bald tyre risking points on my licence. I would not recommend Evans Halshaw to anybody..
After getting an Audi from them which I had nothing but bother with, I gave them a second chance. Bad idea after a week or so things start going wrong with the second car. Also got spoke to like absolute rubbish.. Customer service at its worst. I have gone elsewhere now and would never use them again !!!!
