I test drove a Toyota IQ and wanted to buy it and requested a part ex price against my current car. I left all my details and no one contacted me with a price in 10 days. I called back and was assured that someone would call me back within 24hrs with a part exchange price, they never did! NEVER AGAIN

My son bought his 1at Car from this garage, FULL MOT. 6weeks later exhaust dropped off and engine started making funny noises, lights all over dashboard. Took to Local Garage who said Scrap it! It, it's a death trap, engine has manifold screwed open and is dangerous,, and there is no way this passed an MOT 6Weeks ago. When he told them how much he paid, they were flabbergasted! Went for a 2nd opinion and the garage said even Worse than first!!! Please don't make the same mistake, he now has to save up again for his first car.....gutted!!!

I had been around the area looking for a disposable vehicle to see me through a few weeks until my new car arrived. I was offered a sensible, cheep option that has been very useful and a Good ride for a month. There was no issue with the sale or the service. I have just sold it back to them as I now have no use for it as my new car has arrived. Great service, much appreciated, thank you. Paul

Like many others, I ignored the bad reviews about Werrington Car Sales and went and bought a motor from them, only for this one to break down 60miles after picking up the car! Had to change all sparks and coils and they only covered half of the job! Missold the extended warranty, claiming that they do this and that, and half of the things are actually not covered. Car has still many other faults. If you buy from them beware! The chap that is usually in the little house on his phone knows NOTHING about cars... Not to mention he judders every time you ask him a question which is related to the car or car history... These people should be shut down by trading standards. They have been reported.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WERRINGTON CAR SALES. Bought a Vauxhall Insignia 2009 from then. Within 3 weeks the PAS had failed due to a cracked and leaking pipe and the head gasket blue. The Oil Pump was broken as well. They have offered no compensation and don't respond to emails. I am currently in contact with Trading Standards re. them.

Hi, Would it be possible to discuss with you your review? We are having very similar problems with the same make of car that was purchased from Werrington Motors recently.
I have had no issues with my Citroen from Werrington Car Sales. Its been a few months now and it still runs perfectly. The car was immaculate when I received it and a very good price. The dealers were really friendly and happy to help and I would recommend Werrington Car Sales to anyone.

I bought my Mercedes CLK from Werrington car sales and found the customer service to be very good,they were friendly and helpful.I decided to have the alloy wheels refurbed and they sorted this for me at trade price and gave me a courtesy car to run around in free of charge.I am very pleased so far with the car i purchased and would highly recommend them.

I would Happily use this dealership again. They were really helpful and friendly and the car is brilliant. It was clean and in good condition overall other than a broken headlight which should have been repaired when It was MOT'd but other than that I have no complaints. I would just advise people to be extra thorough when checking the cars.

I am very happy with my Renault Laguna that I purchased from here back in August. The car was very nice and clean and in really good condition. up to now I have had no issues at all and the dealers were helpful and friendly and the whole process was smooth and easy, I would happily recommend.
