We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and especially Ryan Hillman, Service Manager at Kia Wessex , Bristol. Having had an ongoing issue with our car, being off the road for a few weeks, Ryan took it upon himself to step in and not only source a part very quickly, but also make sure we had a courtesy car and get our car fixed and bag on the road within a matter of days. Very friendly and communication was excellent.

i arrived with a particular car in mind, i was met by Ali who was polite and professional and he made it easy to sort out and within 2 hours it was all sorted and completely stress free - Ali didn't try to dissuade me or tempt me with any other car and was very helpful with making the process quick and 2 days later when i collected my lovely car he was brilliant with including my grandson with the grand reveal and helpful with sorting the Tax and ensuring that i was happy with everything - A great service from start to finish - Ali also called me 2 days later to check i was happy and to see if i had any questions . I later found out that my family members and colleagues had received a good service from Wessex too so would highly recommend

Lovely staff . Very informative and kept me and my son in the loop through out the process of our order . Alasdair Fraser went above and beyond in making me and my son feel comfortable and relaxed in knowing what we were ordering, answered all our questions and showed such a good customer service to us. Fantastic member of staff and would definitely recommend kia to anyone love the car thankyou wessex garage kia and Alastair Fraser for making the process so easy.
Having waited since November for the arrival of my Sportage I was impressed that Jacob rang me fortnightly during this time keeping me informed with any updates & latest progress of arrival date. Now it has arrived I am very pleased it still a learning curve though. Jacob has been extremely helpful in setting up mobile numbers etc
I have got to say that Alasdar Fraser helped me today by doing all paperwork and setting everything up for me to drive away my new KIA car. Exceptional service and made to feel valued.

A sales representative named Bolivia (strange name) was very informative and patient when orchestrating my call, I had a long specification for the car I was looking for and I found what sounded to fit my expectations very quickly. Thank you Wessex Garages KIA.

I have visited Kia Bristol on three occasions in the last 10 days, trying to decide between three different brands of SUV. Jacob Evans was our point of contact and I have to say that at no time did we feel pressured for time or for a decision. He was extremely helpful and professional while we tried, for quite some time, to decide on the many Kia Sportage options available. We were very impressed with this dealership.
