Sold a faulty car. Trying to get Kia to fix it is like pulling teeth. Condescending staff and no recognition of the inconvenience of having to attend their garage twice in one week.

I had a wonderful experience, I was served by Alex and he is so welcoming, helpful and understanding he answered my questions help me with the things that I don’t understand by telling me the difference between the spect of the cars he went about and beyond to help me get my car tax there and then This was my first time at Kia And I must say I got a five stars treatment, the staff were friendly , I bought a sportage and I am looking forward to a great experience

Alistair’s professionalism, patience, knowledge of the cars dealing with a profoundly deaf and disabled lady was such a credit to the Company. Disabled or abled My husband and I would thoroughly recommend you go there! Thank you Alistair.
So far so bad. I appreciate that new car delivery dates are difficult to meet at the moment but I have had absolutely no support from Alisdair at Wessex Bristol regarding the likely delivery date of the Sportage that we ordered. The estimated delivery date was several weeks ago but I have not had a single call from the dealership to give any sort of idea of how much longer we'll have to wait for delivery and numerous phone calls from me to them have resulted in a "I don't know what the situation is and there's lots of customers in the same situation" type responses which is of no use to me whatsoever. It looks like I made a bad decision in choosing Kia and I'm seriously starting to regret it. If they can't provide some semblance of customer care and service they should stop taking orders until they can. It may be a small outlay to them but it's a considerable investment for me and I expected better - much better.

I have now had my Kia Sportage for a year and give you my full experience on going through the process of buying and owning it. Me my wife and kids approached Alister the salesman and asked for a test drive. When we got in the car I noticed the fuel was so low it said 4 miles left in the tank. I went back into the garage and told him. He said don’t worry. It will go further than that. Just drive slow and not too far. As you can imagine the test drive was a bit nerve racking. I guess they have to pay for fuel out of their own pocket hence him not putting a bit of fuel in. A week after purchasing the car I noticed blue liquid coming out of the tires. I had never seen this before and took it to my local quick fit. They told me it had puncture fluid in the tire. It turned out the car was sold to me after having a flat tire. The liquid is from a puncture repair kit carried in the boot instead of a spare wheel. This kit was not in the car. I found out later the car was only ever used by a Kia salesman who should have replaced the tire when it went flat. What really infuriated me was that you should only drive the car with the puncture solution in at about 40 miles an hour for a short distance. I had been driving my family around for a week in motorways which could have cause a blowout and a car crash. When I approached the garage and manager I felt they didn’t really take on board the seriousness of the situation. They did change the wheel but I didn’t receive an apology. Also be aware. When I was sold the car I was given a 12 month paint damage policy so if you get a scratch you can claim. Well we had a scratch and tried to use this service. They don’t even call you back. The claiming process is so difficult to navigate you just give up. A total con. The vehicle itself is good but I will look elsewhere if I want to buy a Kia again sadly.

Today I asked one of the sales team for some guidance and info on buying a £50k electric Kia brand new and was told a test drive is out of the question as the only car in stock belongs to the general manager and to quote "NOBODY drives that." Then I was advised to watch the ad for the vehicle on the website as there is no literature on this vehicle. I was then advised to order the car online. When I asked if Wessex need sales people at all he replied people still like to deal with a person. I can safely say if they get the same treatment as I had they will be ordering a Tesla like I am going to thanks to the condescending idiot in your showroom.

took my car in for sensor's they damage the bumper did a terrible armature job took car back damaged car with huge scratch which they refuse to repair . don't follow own compliant procedures and don't' car amount customer service at all .As a disabled lady I'm left with sensors that don't work with a loud noise when i put into reverse, a scratch on my car and they only will offer bumper repair as a final settlement leaving me with a scratched car if i accept , I do not recommend anyone using this garage and going by this behaviour definably don't buy from them as if you have issues they are not friendly or apologetic or helpful they just don't care. I did not buy a car form them just to clarify as the below stars options don't give option's for service side

Excellent transaction from start to finish. I found the car I’d been looking for and Jacob Evans dealt with the sale for me. He was polite and professional throughout the transaction including the part exchange and delivery.
