I purchased a Kia Picanto with cash, I was charged an additional £200 administrative fee, which was to cover the cost of the booklet of cash saving vouchers and an MOT for life discount card, which I have now been informed is valueless!! Since the takeover This company absolutely disgraceful and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a second hand car from Wessex Garage Kia in Bristol. Needed follow up, which took me four weeks to resolve. My issue was not taken seriously. I contacted the Managing Director who was no more helpful than the salesman. Sadly I will not be either having my Kia serviced with their garage or purchasing another car from them. They have lost my business. Previous customer service experience with Kia elsewhere was very good.

I brought a brand new car from Wessex Garage Bristol and had a few problems with the car.I contacted the garage on a number of occasions with regards to the problems with my car and although promised a reply from the person dealing with it I never got one.I started logging all the calls and there were quite a few.On one occasion I was lied to saying that the person I wanted was in a meeting and would contact me after, I later found out by another colleague that he wasn't even in that day.In the end I got so frustrated and asked for the name of the managing director so that I could email him.Sent the email around 11.15pm one evening and before midday the next day the right people were contacting me. It shouldn't have took an email to the managing director for this to happen.After this call I traded the car in as I felt I couldn't do business with people like this I can honestly say I will never touch another Wessex garage again.
