Jake and the manger at Penarth road dealership have no respect for customers I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned after being told it would be returned over a week ago after sending several emails I still await a response makes you wonder how the sell any cars

We went to pick up our mobility car up today, all was ready for us as we arrived , everything was explained by Paul Williams , very knowledgable , very polite, made you feel at home .

Went for a Hyundai and wanted specific items on car e.g keyless entry, electronic parking brake. The salesman Mia informed me that the only car in the range that had these were the top of the range at £100 a month more. Before he sent my wife out for a test drive he overheard me state that the only issue I had with the car is that I felt it was underpowered. The salesman sent my wife out for a test drive with an engineer who couldn’t understand why the salesman sent us out in that car as it had a more powerful engine than the one we were looking at. When we returned to the Showroom the engineer stated this to the salesman John who swore that it was the right engine. I have since found this was a complete lie. I have tried to follow The complaints procedures set out by Wessex but have been ignored and lied to at every turn. It’s impossible to get hold of there head office and the director who should of contacted me has just not bothered to follow Wessex own complaint procedure. I believe Wessex meaningless mis sold me this car, and they have left me No choice but to go to the motor ombudsman.
