I have had a positive experience with Nick and Rowland. The car I bought developed some faults after purchase. Rowland was very understanding of the situation and agreed to have the vehicle back in order to fit the replacement parts. I am pleased with the vehicle and the service I have received and can recommend this dealer.

Brought a excellent Seat Leon Fr Tdi with the BTCC/k1 kit as standard. Was personally picked up from the train station and overall it was an professional service. All my questions, checks and doubts were answered. Very knowledgeable guys. Would recommend!

Excellent and friendly service, Nick even came in on the bank holiday so I could look at and drive the car. They gave the car a service, valet and new MOT for me to drive away within a few days (only just received the car so hadn't time to do this beforehand). Piece of mind with dealer warranty, lovely car, very happy.

Really pleased with the professional service Nick provided when purchasing. Purchased 2yr old Mercedes E220 AMG sport pack and realized when I got home with the car that the sat Nav Becker software comes as an optional extra when purchasing new. Spoke to Nick and he said as it was advertised as having Sat nav he would sort it out ASAP. True to his word it was delivered to my home 2 days later. These cost £500 from the dealer and legally Nick did not need to do this but he certainly went the extra mile. The car is immaculate and a very happy customer indeed.

2013 Ford Focus brought it at a year old for £6000.
It had been in accident, this I found out at a ford dealer when it was serviced, warrant void as bad repair made.
Headlights glued on, paint peeled off bonnet wings and roof within 6 months.
They did not want to know.
They have my money and there is nothing I can do.

Purchased a car from West Berks Motor Company Ltd to find that the VIN number on the car does not match the VIN number on the paperwork, also the actual colour of the car is silver on the paperwork & the DVLA website yet the car is actually black!! They issued 12 months MOT on purchase yet the vehicle manufacturer has deemed the car un-roadworthy with numerous issues which should never have passed an MOT. Cannot afford the repair bills so left with a car that i cannot drive & having to go through the courts & trading standards to get my money back.
I cannot stress enough the nightmare dealing with them - please steer clear.

I also brought a Ford Focus from this company. I wanted a nearly new car for travelling to work about 90 miles a day. This car was under a year with 6000 on the clock and looked good On the first service, ford said that it had been in a accident and that they would not cover paintwork on warranty. Great all the paint has peeled off the bonnet roof and wings. Ford also say that any warranty mechanical or other won't be covered.The headlights were stuck on with glue and west Berks said that this must have happened before he got the car, me thinks not. Don't use them.

Called on a Friday morning to arrange a test drive of a convertible, did the deal there and then, Nick arranged for the car to be serviced that afternoon so that we could take it later that day. Called Nick with a couple of small technical problems the next day, popped it back over to him, problem solved and one replacement part ordered for fitting. Can hardly believe the "bad" reviews on here relate to the same company. Have nothing but praise for the way we have been dealt with, Nick is always courteous and goes the extra mile in terms of customer satisfaction. Just need to save up for the Ferrari now.

After buying a Peugeot 206 from West Berks Motor Company in August and only driving it 3 times the whole exhaust system fell off the car. When I called the company up they basically said that it was tough and to basically deal with it. Even when I explained that my 4 month old son was in the car there reply was 'so what' and that I could drive it without the exhaust and that he couldn't see how the exhaust coming off would cause an accident. I strongly recommend that no one ever uses this company, I only had the car 3 weeks considering the car had just been serviced and MOT.
STAY AWAY FROM WEST BERKS MOTOR COMPANY.
