Great service all round from West Heath Motors. This is my 5th car and they never fail to bend over backwards. 5 stars.
I've no complaints at all and I would certainly recommend West Heath Motors. They made the transaction go as smoothly as possible, they arranged all the paperwork with the finance people, a week after the sale they replaced a flat battery on the car whilst I waited, the car has been perfect since and I'm very happy indeed,

As soon as the sale is done staff do not want to help. We phoned them about a few issues we found a few weeks later but the manager did not want to help and clearly blamed the customer. The manager said it was not sold to you like that but it was as the car was securly parked away in a safe garage untill i gained my licence a few weeks later, when i came to using the car i found problems. Some issues were raised before the purchase of the car he clearly stated they would be easy and cheap to fix. However these issues have put me 100's of pounds out of pocket. So either his knowledge is poor or he just wants a sale. He claimed under the warrantry he would sort any issues this was not the case
