Not being a car lover changing cars is like having root canal for me but my old Fiesta was starting to creak more than me so time to change. On my sons recommendation and based on all the positive reviews I went to West Lancs Motors. What a great experience, no pressure, no hard sell just helpful advice and time to look around until I found the car I wanted. The two brothers who run this very friendly business deserve their success and the longevity of the business. I’m very happy with the car I bought and the service I received from start to finish. Well done WLM you made changing my car a pleasure instead of a chore.

This is the second car we have bought from West Lancs Motors. They are a friendly family business, and could not have been more helpful. They made absolutely sure that my new car was fully up to standard, and because there was a delay in having it ready, they even delivered it to my door. Bought a black Nissan quashqai. Had the car a week. The passenger widow wouldn’t shut proper. The stop start did not work, flashed stop start errror and there was an exclamation mark on my dashboard. Sent the car back forbit all to be fixed. The mechanic fixed the window but said that he looked at everything re: the stop start and there was nothing wrong with it. He said it would cost 1,000s to send it back to Nissan and that his “mate” would be able to help. He said a Sat would be fine called the Friday mechanic off till Tuesday. Asked the salesman to get the mechanic to call back..... still waiting. All in all pretty bad.
Very friendly and honest family run buisness, !!! Bought BMW 1 series, took home there was a problem with the car which was not known to them but fair play told me to bring the car back and they will put it right even went the extra mile to put a new clutch in, will defiantly be back in the future, lovely people and can’t be any more fair then they have been true to their words!!! Great service A+++
Finding a great used car is a chore in itself but we visited West Lancs motors , what a great service they provided , they could not do enough for us an they went out of their way to get us the perfect car ! Highly recommend this company .

I traded my car in against a 65 plate Astra at West Lancashire Motors and would like to thank Nigel and the team for their help in making it an easy, hassle free process. The friendly, no pressure customer service is second to none and I can't recommend them highly enough. I would definitely use them again when changing vehicles.

It is hard as a single lady to trust who you but a car from but Nigel and the team are so friendly and trustworthy and i believe they will do their up most to make sure you are happy and will always return. I will continue to return to them for a car as they will go out of their way for you and nothing is too much trouble. Very courtious and polite.
