The Audi A3 is running okay and going great. It starts first time even with the cold weather, so I can't complain. I’ve already been up and down to London a couple of times, and it’s been reliable. This was my first time buying from this dealership, and the customer service was impressive. There was no pressure at any point.

Really happy how everything went on the day of purchase. I felt the salesman was really response to my messages and answered in good time. I arranged a test drive beforehand, and after taking it out I was happy to go ahead with it. Everything was good.

The service was above and beyond by sending me plenty of videos and photos of the car when I first enquired about it, so it wasn't a wasted trip, which really put my mind at ease. He even arranged for the car to be delivered from London, and it arrived on time without any delays. If I were to visit again, I wouldn't change a thing. The service was spot on!

His communication has been excellent—he's open, honest, and really knowledgeable about cars. I'm happy with how he interacted with me from start to finish. I’ve only got good feedback to report. Overall, he's a very nice guy. I’m giving 5 stars and would definitely recommend him to mates if they were in the market for a car.
