The customer service at this dealership was very personable, and the salesman was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and from start to finish, the whole process was stress-free. I would highly recommend West London ASG in Greenford to anyone, and I would happily shop here again in the future. 

Who needs to haggle when you’re getting a top-notch service and a shiny new (to me) Mercedes? The team at West London ASG Performance may not have been able to negotiate on the price, but hey, quality doesn’t come cheap, right? After finding these guys on AutoTrader and reading reviews that were practically glowing, I decided to take the plunge. I wasn’t disappointed. They were open and transparent and just as clear about the price: it wasn’t budging an inch. But let’s talk about the car. Oh, the car. It’s driving like a dream. The quality is outstanding, and the service even more so. Five stars? Oh, definitely. If I could throw in a six, I would just for the sheer smoothness of the whole transaction.

Wow! My BMW 645CL has been mega for the time I've owned, which I think is a couple of weeks now, but I've already clocked quite a few miles commuting to and from work, which is about 70 miles. What drew me to the car initially was the fact that it's a V8 engine, and once I saw all the service history that came with it, I hadn't seen a better one on the market. So I made my way down and when I arrived at the dealership, everything was just as perfect. I felt really welcomed, and everyone there was super helpful, which was the icing on the cake. They even went the extra mile by providing photos of the service being done and videos of the oil change. It was an honest experience, and it's set the standard for other dealerships in my book.

My first time at this dealership was spot on. The salesman was really helpful but not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He gave me the space to make my decision, and after a quick look around the car I was more than happy to go ahead with it 1, because it's condition was amazing and 2, because the staff were very transparent when answering my questions. It's been a month now since I purchased my Volkswagen Golf, and for the short trips I've taken, it's been great. I'm yet to test it on a long drive, though. A much better experience compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past.

I haven't had the chance to drive my new car much, but if I could, I'd give this dealership 10 stars! They were incredibly respectable and helpful, I felt really well looked after. I saw videos of the car beforehand and were very happy with it. So made the trip down and it was definitely worth the drive from Livingston to West London ASG Performance.

Apart from a few issues when the car is cold, everything else is fantastic. The sales guy, was a great help, he didn't rush me into anything and was really chilled which was nice. I was able to view the car in my own time, and take it for a little spin. It was in really nice condition considering it is a second hand car, so I feel very happy with my decision.

I found it to be really simple and easy buying from West London ASG, it was such a quick turnaround from viewing the car, to taking it away, and the car looked immaculate as well. I went with the 3 series he had, and I am made up with my decision, the car has been great to drive, and has caused me no issues at all. I would have to give them 5 stars, they are a spot on garage to buy from!
