It was my first time using West London ASG, and I would definitely return here again. I bought the Golf GT they had in stock, and wow, I am impressed. It has met all of my expectations and more, I haven't had a single issue since driving it away. The sales guy was really helpful, really informative and really easy to communicate with. My Mercedes has definitely met and exceeded my expectations, it is a stunning car I am so pleased with it! As for the customer service, he was fantastic, he was a real good guy and did everything he said he would. All of my questions were answered, it was such an easy, simple sale. The guy at West London has been absolutely amazing, from beginning to end he has been so helpful and friendly.After the sale I found a bit of an issue with the gasket, however, he has been a great help and got everything in order for me, and has done everything possible to get the car back on the straight and narrow. From start to finish Aran of ASG was amazing. He was in contact, no pressure sales. He was more than happy to discuss the vehicle and everything about it. He pointed out a scuff, which to be frank I still would not have noticed. I was travelling from away, so once I had decided to purchase the car he was working with me in arranging me getting to him. Picked me up from the station. By this time it was late, but it seemed nothing was too much trouble. He even lent me his phone holder for my sat-nav as I’d had a small mishap with mine. Even drove to the petrol station with me following to make sure I was ok before heading home. The 3 month warranty I got was not just your normal cheap one, but covered everything. I recently visited to buy my mum a Golf they had, and I was highly impressed with the customer service I received. He went through the process thoroughly, explained everything in great detail, and answered any and every question I had. The car was in lovely condition on the day of collection, and had a great valet carried out. I cannot fault one bit of the sale, they were great!

Great customer service from the West London ASG lot, everyone was helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The handover of my Golf was so easy and efficient, it was ready for me when I arrived, and the paperwork was a doddle. The car was presented beautifully and in very good condition inside and out! My sales agent was really friendly and explained everything to me in great detail so I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be passing on my recommendations!
