Bought an Audi A1 from West London ASG in June. It's the first time I've bought a car and I was a dreading it because I was convinced I was going to get scammed. The service provided could not have been more up front and honest about the everything from the get go and any fears were assuaged as soon as I arrived. Four months down the line and the car is just perfect and I'm so ridiculously happy with it. I also know that if I have any problems I can just contact the dealership and they'd be happy to help. I would like to thank West London ASG for the support and care after the purchase. When I was buying my 1 Series I couldn't have been happier with the customer service or the car, it looked perfect, drove well and over-all in very good condition. A short time after, the car developed an electrical fault I contacted the dealer and I couldn't fault how it was handled, they organised for the fault to be repaired, at their cost. They have done exactly what I wanted, without having to push them into it. Its really important that the after sales is as good as the sale, and it was even better for me and that's why I give them 5/5 and would happily recommend them to others.

Some people might say I'm mad for traveling from Glasgow to London for a new car, but after lengthy searches within my area I soon found that nothing was standing out to me, or good value for money, so I widened my search. I stumbled across West London Asg advertising a VW Scirroco and I was amazed at the price for the age and condition of the car. It was perfect in every aspect, the colour, the spec, the age and low mileage. I arranged to travel to London to see the car and the dealer offered to collect me from the airport, he really did go above and beyond. I was greeted by a very friendly chirpy chap and we got talking, I got a genuine feel from him. When we got to the showroom he showed me the car, he answered all my questions and never pressurised me - he was absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would be more than happy traveling to West London ASG again for my next upgrade, I highly recommend to everybody, even if this dealer is not within your area!
