I have bought cars from all over in the past and going to West London ASG Performance was different. When I got there I didnt get the dreaded feeling, I felt comfortable right away. I was greeted by a very happy, welcoming salesman, there was never any awkwardness and I felt he was straight talking and honest with me. We looked around and spoke about the Mercedes in detail, I was given all the time, information and details to make an informed decision and I quickly decided to go ahead and buy it. Since the purchase I've really enjoyed driving it, I'm very happy with the car there's been no issues and I cant pick a fault with the process and service, very easy and pleasant to deal with. If your thinking of buying a new car, this is the place to go!

I was super happy when I arrived to collect my Golf GT, the dealership had done a fantastic job it was gleaming, the outside was so shiny and the inside of the car was spotless, it honestly looked beautiful. I had a Golf before so I'm used to the style of car, I got a good feel for it on the drive home and I'm impressed! The salesman was really good, he was open and honest and described the car exactly as it was. I liked there was no pressure to buy additional products like I've experienced before when buying a car - I wouldn't think twice about recommend West London ASG to others, I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again!

I have had lots of different cars in the past, but I've never owned a Peugeot, I would usually be driving a Ford or Vauxhall as a company car and I've not really been through the buying process myself as I've always had company cars so I was slightly apprehensive buying from a second hand car dealership if I'm honest. I went away and searched for cars and found I quite liked the Peugeot 208 newer models, I found a few different ones and my next challenge was finding a reputable dealer to buy from out of the ones I'd found, so I took to online reviews. The positive reviews for this company are 100% reflective to their efforts, fantastic customer service and high quality of vehicles. The Peugeot 208 Vti 1.4 from ASG was actually the best out of the shortlisted cars, it had a full 12 months MOT, FSH and very low mileage. I went to test drive and knew I'd made the right decision the car was as described and the salesman was very open and honest talking. If you didn't see the year on the reg plate, you'd think this was a brand new car, its in real good shape.

I went down to West London ASG after seeing a Golf advertised, the description read very well and the car looked in great condition. I spoke with the salesman and organised a test drive. When I arrived the car was ready and looked even better in real life. I loved how forthcoming and upfront the guy was, he was honest about everything and made me aware of each step. To say I'm enjoying the car would be an understatement, I'm so made up. I bought the TSI so I've certainly been having some fun it in, its perfect.

I would recommend West London ASG highly. I purchased an Audi A5 convertible, which has been absolutely bliss with the gorgeous weather recently. I was highly impressed with the service provided. Despite a slightly embarrassing encounter of the car battery being flat when we were shown the car, the salesman made every effort possible to get us in the car for a test drive. Before the deal was sealed, a new battery was purchased and fitted and an extra valet on the car for good measures, the dealer even delivered the car to my house, far afield from their usual delivery area. I honestly cannot fault the service or car since buying, I don't usual buy from indepenant second hand car dealerships, but this experience has opened my eyes, and I will certainly be recommending moving forward - very impressed.

Very happy with my purchase and the service I received whilst buying. I bought a BMW 3 Series, the car in unreal, its so enjoyable to drive, I'm really pleased with it.
