I bought a Ford Focus from ASG Performance and about 5 weeks after the clutch needed replacing. I got in contact with the sales team and I cannot thank him enough for the help and support I received. He booked my car in for the repairs to take place at the earliest possible date. The salesman apologised and remained helpful and professional through-out. He kept me constantly updated, great communication - I honestly can't fault him at all. Now the repairs have been done, I love the car again, it is such a lovely car to drive, I'm really happy with it. The dealer has been checking in with me since the repairs to make sure everything is ok, he has been truly great! I highly recommend!
