Bought an Audi A1 from West London ASG in June. It's the first time I've bought a car and I was a dreading it because I was convinced I was going to get scammed. The service provided could not have been more up front and honest about the everything from the get go and any fears were assuaged as soon as I arrived. I would like to thank West London ASG for the support and care after the purchase. When I was buying my 1 Series I couldn't have been happier with the customer service or the car, it looked perfect, drove well and over-all in very good condition. A short time after, the car developed an electrical fault I contacted the dealer and I couldn't fault how it was handled, they organised for the fault to be repaired, at their cost. They have done exactly what I wanted, without having to push them into it. Its really important that the after sales is as good as the sale, and it was even better for me and that's why I give them 5/5 and would happily recommend them to others.

Some people might say I'm mad for traveling from Glasgow to London for a new car, but after lengthy searches within my area I soon found that nothing was standing out to me, or good value for money, so I widened my search. I stumbled across West London Asg advertising a VW Scirroco and I was amazed at the price for the age and condition of the car. It was perfect in every aspect, the colour, the spec, the age and low mileage. I arranged to travel to London to see the car and the dealer offered to collect me from the airport, he really did go above and beyond. I was greeted by a very friendly chirpy chap and we got talking, I got a genuine feel from him. When we got to the showroom he showed me the car, he answered all my questions and never pressurised me - he was absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would be more than happy traveling to West London ASG again for my next upgrade, I highly recommend to everybody, even if this dealer is not within your area!

I have bought cars from all over in the past and going to West London ASG Performance was different. When I got there I didnt get the dreaded feeling, I felt comfortable right away. I was greeted by a very happy, welcoming salesman, there was never any awkwardness and I felt he was straight talking and honest with me. We looked around and spoke about the Mercedes in detail, I was given all the time, information and details to make an informed decision and I quickly decided to go ahead and buy it. Since the purchase I've really enjoyed driving it, I'm very happy with the car there's been no issues and I cant pick a fault with the process and service, very easy and pleasant to deal with. If your thinking of buying a new car, this is the place to go!

I was super happy when I arrived to collect my Golf GT, the dealership had done a fantastic job it was gleaming, the outside was so shiny and the inside of the car was spotless, it honestly looked beautiful. I had a Golf before so I'm used to the style of car, I got a good feel for it on the drive home and I'm impressed! The salesman was really good, he was open and honest and described the car exactly as it was. I liked there was no pressure to buy additional products like I've experienced before when buying a car - I wouldn't think twice about recommend West London ASG to others, I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again!

I have had lots of different cars in the past, but I've never owned a Peugeot, I would usually be driving a Ford or Vauxhall as a company car and I've not really been through the buying process myself as I've always had company cars so I was slightly apprehensive buying from a second hand car dealership if I'm honest. The positive reviews for this company are 100% reflective to their efforts, fantastic customer service and high quality of vehicles. The Peugeot 208 Vti 1.4 from ASG was actually the best out of the shortlisted cars, it had a full 12 months MOT, FSH and very low mileage. I went to test drive and knew I'd made the right decision the car was as described and the salesman was very open and honest talking. If you didn't see the year on the reg plate, you'd think this was a brand new car, its in real good shape.
