**MG Eastcote – Avoid at All Costs!** I have been dealing with **MG Eastcote and MG UK since January 2025**, and their service has been nothing but **frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional**. My **engine warning light has come on multiple times**, yet they **failed to properly diagnose the issue** despite having the car multiple times. - **Kept my car for 5 days with no proper diagnosis** – only used a basic scan, no thorough investigation. - **Ignored stored fault codes** – AA confirmed the issue, but MG refused to acknowledge it. - **Passed MOT & service while the engine warning light was on** – raising **serious safety concerns**! - **Refused to provide full diagnostic reports** – no transparency at all. - **Told me to drive with the warning light on** – risking further engine damage. - **MG UK and the dealership ignore complaints** – no proper support, no courtesy car, and just delays. This isn’t the first issue. Back in **November 2024**, they also did a **rough water pump repair**, leaving my engine area dirty and leaking. **MG previously asked me to remove my review**, but people need to know the truth. Due to the warranty, I had my first service for my MG at the South Ruislip service depot in September 2024. Since then, I have had nothing but terrible noises from the car. They took it in again and again but to no avail, until in Novemebr 2024, they thought they found the problem and fixed it. NO! The car makes even worse squeaky noises and also now a grinding noise everytime i brake and slow down. They have my car at the moment, and yet feel they cannot trace the problem. Not sure where they acquired their skills, but seems the team are nothing but jokers. There to have a good time and not actually getting the job done. Reception keep phoning trying to make excuses for them. Where do I go with this. Lovely car but now they (MG Service) have ruined it !!!

Yesterday me and My wife ,we went to 313 field end Rd,Eastcote,Ruislip collect the Car registration no LF23 YML which was on my wife's name Mrs Ismail .Rahma,, one of the Staff who helped us his Name is Adrian,Zidaru was very professional, friendly and very Supportive and helped us a ,lot , Thank you so much and very appreciated and we will never forget the best assistance,service and professional guidance Adrian offered to us.

I put a deposit down on a new car for a certain price and the dealer gave me a written copy of the total cost. I was told yesterday that there was a error with the prices and the car would be £2000 more. Where do you think I will go bbc consumer programe to revel the company name this week

Since they claimed to be specialised in Nissan I took my car for minor repair. They charged me over the odds and the job wasn't done, in fact my car gotten even worse plus they've damaged some of the interior of the car. Contacted them to complain about what they've done, nobody wanted to know. Horrible dealership and customer service. I hope Nissan will strip the licence from them because they're misrepresenting and giving Nissan a bad name. Don't take your vehicle to WLMG Ruislip.
