Unfortunately, I noticed a serious lack of customer care at Ancaster Slough dealership. The female staff at Service department is rude and discourteous and I believe she does not have the right attitude in dealing with customers at all. Although the service manager is good at handling repairs and advising customers but the staff at front desk have very little manner to welcome customer or be polite. The management at Ancaster Slough should carefully review these negative reviews and replace those staff who is ruining the dealership reputations.

The Slough dealership lacks serious customer care , took in my van for Mot in September 2022 with a damaged light which I highlighted on dropping it off when I collected was told it passed without changing the light took it in this year with same light and got called to say its going to fail I asked if any law had changed in the last 12 months was rudely brushed off , recalling last year I kept on calling to find out if it was ready for collection was told its about to go in around 2ish even though had dropped it at 8 within about 20 minutes was called back that it was ready which makes me wonder if a proper inspection was done or just a paper exercise to pass it , looking at the duplicate report I got last week nothing was mentioned about the light which makes me wonder how many Mots are being conveniently passed without proper inspection, on collection last Friday tried to ask the lady at the reception what had gone wrong she was proper rude and arrogant , I will never go to the slough branch , I've used St Albans many times they are as good as Gold . DVSA might need to review the slough Mot's something is not adding up , the worst nissan dealership

Shocking customer service. Shocking workmanship. My husband and I ordered a new 23 plate Qashqai, when we went to collect it the dashcam had been poorly fitted needing an engineer to come into the showroom to fix the poorly fitted dashcam and there were small dents/chips to the front bonnet of my brand new car! All that money for a car that already looked battered. Weeks prior, when we took a demo car for a test drive we were told that the car would have park assist, lo and behold when we received our new car it did not have this functionality. To say disappointing is an understatement. A complete shambles and very stressful time. Live and learn. I part exchanged my lovely Evoque for peanuts and have now ended up returning the 23 plate Qashqai due to the way I was treated and for substandard quality of the vehicle, I eventually was issued with a refund but obviously was returned the peanuts I accepted for my Evoque leaving me unable to buy anything decent. I am out of pocket and have lost all faith in Nissan. Never again. Customer service?! What's that?!

My experience of buying a car at Nissan, Slough, was most satisfactory. The service I received from Stuart was exemplary. He couldn't have been more helpful, obliging and considerate. Thank you Stuart for such a fantastic service.
My partner and I came to the showroom to have a look around. We were over the moon with the service we were given by Lee and couldn’t be happier with our new car. Lee went above and beyond to help pick the perfect car for us and in our budget and we absolutely love it. We can’t recommend Nissan Slough enough. Thank you again to all the staff for our experience

Our Satnav was NOT responding, popped into Nissan Slough. Mark in the service dept. Couldn't have been more helpful. He performed various tests, diagnosed the problem very quickly. Never have we had such good service from a main dealer. Thank you so much Mark, you arr an asset to the company. We spoke to a couple of staff whilst waiting, they all seem a happy team. If we could give Mark a percentage it would be 100% Janet & John
Ancaster Slough We were served by Zaman Malik who was not only very helpful but extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He looked after us very well without being pushy, which puts me off straight away, so was good at his job and we are very happy with the car.
I bought a Nissan from this West London Motor Group branch in Slough a few months back, April to be precise. All in all I would say they were alright, they were very keen when I was buying the car but very much less so after the sale had been made which was slightly disappointing. I would still recommend them.
