we got a car less than 3 weeks ago and it broke down on Friday, after being looked at by the AA and a seperate mechanic it turned out the turbo was broken, something that should have been spotted on the M.O.T before sale. Also worth noting that the engine was soaked with oil. With it being within 30 days and the company refusing to pay the right amount for repairs, we requested a full refund to which they refused and offered a lesser offer. We are in need of a car so accepted and acted fairly, 3 days in a row they have failed to show up to collect car and give refund and now ignoring me. Trading standards, Auto Trader and the police have now been informed. I urge everyone not to have to go what we are going through at the moment and please avoid, going by other reviews I do not know how they're still in business.

Please I will advise everyone not to any car from WEST MIDLAND MOTORS in Birmingham. They lies and doggy. I bought a car few weeks ago. They lie to me. The next day rang them, they blocked my phone number. Ans never send me v5 . I brought the car to mechanic asking me for £3000 to get it fixed.

West Midlands Motors are not to be trusted at ALL!! We called before we travelled a long distance and we were assured that they would wait for us up to 15-20mins. Once we got to the showroom, only 4mins past 4 we were greeted by a locked door. The same phone number that we called did not pick up after several calls and didn't even bother to phone back! All my journey was wasted. Do NOT buy from these people, they are untrustworthy and very unprofessional!! A waste of time!

We travelled 2 hours to view a car from West Mids Motors and were met by 3 rude and unhelpful characters. There was a light out on the vehicle and when we asked if he could change it so we knew if it was a bulb or an electrical fault one chap said “Do I look like a mechanic, I'm not changing a bulb”. There was also fresh oil around the rocker cover, and we were told it’s a 10 year old car, what do you expect. When we started asking further question he basically told us to go away and refused a test drive. Don’t waste your time travelling to West Midlands motors, absolute cowboys.

West Midlands Motors is a great garage, Polite staff, I purchased my Mercedes A class from here, The car came with 12 Months MOT and they took my old car in part exchange, i love the car, will definitely go back when i need a new car. Thanks Guys!!

I have Purchased my Audi q7 on 2012 last week and i am very pleased with car and the staff at west midlands motors were very frendily and helpful. And the car was very clean an tidy as described defiantly would recommend to friends and family.

We were told by Pete the salesman at West Midlands Motors that the 4x4 we were looking at buying was exactly as it says on the tin per description that they gave. This vehicle was far from on what it said on the tin. After we paid the AA for a full inspection report 300 ponds later. We also lost our 100 pounds to hold the vehicle, I wouldn't recommend to buy a spare tyre from this crowd. Stay well away. I would give this any stars only for I had to tick the box.

DO NOT touch this dealer. He miss advertised a bmw with full service history the car was filthy and full of problems , when confronted there was at least 5 Staff all foreign and we were threatened just because we were picking faults. We had to call the police just get away safely. They refused to refund our £100 deposit although it was totally there fault for miss advertising this car. Now trading standards are involved and there own finance company have refused to deal with them again ......... Avoid like the plague if you have any common sense please
