I buy car west motor uxbridge. The staff is very help ful and excellent. Jamie is very honest and good person. There are no pressure to buy a car .But I like so much easy over there.

I have bought a Peugeot 3008 2010 modeland I have paid the whole amount they asked. At the time of delivery I asked the salesman when should I change the engine oil and filters and he said I havr to only change it after 12000 miles or 1 year as they have already changed it. After a couple of days my vehicle engine sound was changed and a message was displaying with red colour stop light with beeps " low engine oil pressure ". I went to a nearest garage and when they checked the oil and filters was not changed for ages. I changed that and the vehicle was ok. When I contacted them they said that it is my mistake that i went another garage and they offered a £40 for the cost of oil change. When I told them I am going to put a review they told me to not to do that and so I demanded an year warranty for the car. They told me to pay £250 for that. I have got the pictures of oil and filter which I changed. So please don't believe in what they says. Please do thorough checks if youbare buying a car from them.

My son has just purchased his first car from West Motors. From the first phone call right through to delivery, the service we received was great. They were happy to answer any questions we had and my son is really happy with the car. Would definitely recommend!

Bought my second car off these guys a few weeks ago and I just can't recommend them highly enough. I bought my first one off them back in 2015 and drove it over 80,000 miles and thought it's time to get it changed. It seems they moved sites since then and their company expanded over the years. I am very happy with the service provided and all the team made me feel at ease.

Recently visited and purchased a lovely Nissan qashqai from West motors. From seeing the advertisement and speaking to the polite staff there I went and viewed the vehicle. George really did explain every feature of the car, and was professionally outstanding in his handling of the sale. Both staff made the whole experience less daunting for me, and even assisted me with the tax on the vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to buy a car. My friend in January is going to visit with her daughter. Great service.
