Got Toyota avensis from West Motors in September 19. advert was full service history. 2004 mileage MOT done. no bargaining. As soon as started driving home after paying the engine sign started flashing. Went back immediately Alan switched off manually. Within a week started stalling. Went back to them. Salesman Alan did computer check and said all is ok. I believed him and left. Within a week again stalled. Now the heating went off. Went back again. They kept car for 3 DAYS And I kept calling for update. Eventually got car back saying all sorted . believed them again and left. 3rd week same problem recurred. heated discussion with Ken and I said I will take to another approved garage as lost trust in them. The guy at West motors ken was helpful but not ready to take responsibility. Took to another approved garage to pay my own money. The approved garage quickly found problem with head Jack and apparatus which West motors couldn't find in 3 days. Fake servicing. Appalling. dont use. They gave my money back which is why we need star . But the fact is when you buy a car from them the servicing they claim is fake. If you are lucky and the car is good anyways then it will work. There will be no servicing or checks it's your luck that the guy who sold the car to West motors has sold in good condition. They will lie about aa checks. The garage they use for apparently servicing is bollocks. Fooling people . Don't use my advise.

I searched around for a Ford Mondeo for my son & came across one that West Motors was advertising. I've bought a lot of cars so turned up expecting something that was in some way defective (sadly, often the case) but instead, was very pleasantly surprised by an immaculate, clean vehicle (with supporting paperwork) and an extremely pleasant salesman - no pressure at all plus a decent test-drive (not the normal hop around the block). Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new car when I came across West Motors which was advertising my car that I have now. I went to have a look at it and brought it.

Yazan and his team provided an exceptional service for me when I wanted to change my car. All stock was of great quality and a fair price given for my car in part exchange. A full test drive was given with no pressure at all to buy. I looked at several other Dealers in the area but none came near the standard set by West Motors West Drayton. My daughter Debbie and I had been looking for an additional A Class Mercedes prior to 2012 model. Daughter had previously bought her A Class a month earlier and I was so impressed I wanted to own the same. We had looked for some time to see one that caught our eye in the Dorset Area without success, but eventually saw the car we liked some 90 miles away at West Motors Drayton. We liked the look of the car its condition etc, but was very impressed with the reception we received and the very excellent through test drive we had from Yazan (the manager). Time for a review as it already a bit longer than I promised. Purchased an Audi Q5 Car from West Motors and it runs like a dream. The service was faultless from start to finish. All staff are professional and make you feel comfortable. No pressure sell. I will return for my next car.

Bad customer service from West Motors.

West Motors are a credit to garages selling cars I bought a car from them and after a week the car was showing a few problems I rang them and they gave me a courtesy car and booked my car in to be looked at a few new parts fitted and car is perfect they weren’t to know that these parts needed doing at time of sale I am so pleased I used a reputable dealer who helped me a word of advice to future purchasers if the vehicle is not quite right just give them a call and they will help you.

West Motors sold me a vw golf last year which seemed amazing at the time, 1 year later and it's scrap.... complete engine rebuild required and my mechanics found cheap cover ups on major faults...... if u buy a car from here get it checked by some1....... absolute crooks and I will be reporting them when I have all paperwork back from trading standards.
