I bought a car from West Motors in October and drove it home. Battery was dead the very next day very inconvenient. Finally got it jump started and took it back for a replacement battery. Again very inconvenient as I'm not local to that area. A week later noticed the cd player didn't work again several hours later of waiting around in their cabin they replaced it, leaving a dent on my dashboard for the privilege. Battery was still constantly dying I had to buy a jump starter another £100 gone. However the problem persisted so I bought another battery myself it was cheaper than driving to them etc. But battery still kept dying. Paid honda £60 for a diagnostic and turns out the Bluetooth was faulty. So far I've paid in access of £300 which doesn't include all the inconvenience. Now the air con isn't working, tried topping it at two different locations but no luck. Booked into honda for another diagnostic another cost of £60. The climate control unit isn't working. The likelihood is that the replacement in October didn't work but in winter I didn't check it. Honda don't repair only replace so I'm looking at £7500. Essentially more than I paid for the car. Called West Motors for suggestions and I've been told to buy a used one from a recommended online site and have it fitted at cost to me again. Btw I paid for the extra warranty and it doesn't cover any of these items so was a waste of circa £300. I bought from this company based on reviews. I hope this provides others with suitable alarm bells. Check out the car fully don't rely on the warranty it's a total waste of time. I may also contact the AA just to log my concerns if nothing else. Needless to say if I can't find a suitable fix I'll be getting rid of the car in less than a year! That's a record for me and been a constant disappointment.

Unfortunately, from time to time, cars can develop issues which are unknown to us, and given a realistic timescale, we will always do all within our power to assist in correcting these issues – as you can see from previous reviews and the fact that we replaced the battery and cd player on your car. Given that you have owned your car for over 9 months and the air conditioning has just shown a fault, this would be the owners responsibility. We give all customers with the option of extending and upgrading the free warranty policy we provide and you did decide to extend but not upgrade. Unfortunately the cover level you selected would not cover this part. Honda as a main dealer will always opt to fit a new part, however your car is not brand new and that expense is definitely not required. We would strongly advise that you seek a reconditioned part for your air conditioning as this is the cheaper option and it is likely to come with a warranty. With all that is said above, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment. West Motors

The car was a good price and I have had no big problems with it. The customer service was good but they did not clean the car at all which was disappointing. I would recommend them but think they should make more effort in regards to presentation

I Purchased a Mazda 6 from West Motors. The dealership were good and happy to help, the car is good but could have been in slightly better condition when they handed it over to me. It was really good value for money though and up to now I have had no issues. I would recommend them.

A few moths back I went to West Motors to buy a Fiat Bravo. The car's a little shaky but it may just need an oil change and there's a few scratches on the exterior bu nothing major. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend this dealership.
