this is now my 5th car purchased from west way over the last 10 years and my second time dealing specifically with Mathew. this time around not only did i purchase a car but my husband did also. the service from beginning to end was fantastic from both Mathew and also Gareth. We bough our cars on a saturday and picked both up on the thursday. Mathew went through everything with both of us and we got a fantastic deal and couldn't be happier. i rate both Mathew and Gareth and westway in general 11 out of 10. and both myself and my husband will be back again in a couple of years,

Fantastic service from Tim. He helped me through every step, including making sure that I was choosing the right model for my needs. Was fine to be Covid safe with me - even though the legal requirements for masks and distancing have been relaxed. Couldn't have asked for better service. Oh, and the car is pretty fantastic so far!

I was sold a Derogation Unit A Nissan xtrail which they told me they are allowed to register the car in this way but because this is not how they are normally registered I should have been told at the point of sale so that I had a choice, now offering me part x price to change it, discusting having parted with £24,000

After experiencing a horrible experience with THE CAR PEOPLE !! I went to West Way Nissan in Altrincham as I wanted the stability and assurance that went with buying a car from Nissan. Yaz the salesman, really put himself out to help, he was chatty, not pushy, and very helpful and informative. JAZ ALSO CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF SO i COULD HAVE THE CAR A DAY EARLIER AS i WAS GOING AWAY. A credit to the Altrincham branch and needless to say I now have a lovely JUKE, thanks YAZ :-)
