From ordering my new vehicle to collecting it my contacts have been responsive and helpful no matter how many questions I had. Due to the current situation there was a delay in delivery (which was not a problem), but I was kept updated throughout, which is important when you’re busy in life. Great handover and personal update on new features - new car is fantastic too.

I purchased a Qashqai registration number LM21EYP on the 13th of October from West Way Nissan 517 Watford Way, NW7 2QR. After driving the car home I found a chip in the glass roof. I emailed the dealer and attached photos of the chip straight away and then rang them on the following day 14th of October. I was ready to take the car back for a refund. The dealer was able to confirm in an email on the 15th of October that they have ordered a new glass roof for my Qashqai and they expect it to arrive within 5 to 10 working days. I spoke with the dealers on the 25th of October and was told that the glass roof had not yet been received. I was told that that I would be contacted in the next few days for an updated. I have had no contact. I emailed the dealer on the 8th of November for an update but received no response. I phoned the dealer yesterday 9th of November and asked to speak to the manager Clive, I was told he is on another line. I asked for a call back but I have not received any update. The chip in the glass roof was not flagged up in the inspection carried out by the dealer. I have been sold a damaged item and I am still ready to take the car back for a refund if the dealer does not honour their agreement. On the 10th of November my car was booked in for the replacement of the glass roof. The work was completed and I was able to collect my car the following day. On inspection of my car before driving it home I noticed that there were scratches on the plastic coverings (displaying speed and fuel level). I reported my findings to the manager of the service department who didn’t show any interest and said that the scratches were probably there before and that I may not have noticed them. I was told that he (the manager) couldn’t do anything and that I should make a complaint. I made a complaint but no one from Mill Hill has contacted me yet.
