First point of contact was unsatisfactory. The sales department was even worse, as they couldn’t answer a simple question and didn’t even try. The head of sales never called back. So, all in all, we will not buy a Nissan considering this kind of customer service at Nissan Mill Hill.
Simply disgusting. I was one of the first customers in this morning. The young lady walked around with a spray bottle and cloth first, spraying a small portion of each table and wiping. not only did she fail to clean properly, she didn't seem to care. she walked around next with a floor sweeper/ mop which was used similarly to the table. wonder why the virus is still spreading? Definitely the last time i visit this Centre as the service itself is poor. No wonder!

A customer sales agent called Jodie moved mountains to get me my car. She was exceptionally brilliant at making sure everything was done . I can't recommend the branch enough. Very friendly and they a good above and beyond to give exceptional customer service.

I am very happy with the car and the deal I got from Nissan company today. Ahmed was the one look after me and explains every detail which was used full. He didn't live me there to wait long hours. Ahmed understands his job and he knows how to respect his customer.
I'm a Motability customer and from start to finish the help that I had with Jodie was wonderful she listened to what I had to say and helpful in answering my questions she gave me the confidence to go on and make my decision. Jodie was very patient and understanding a very person thank you so much. I went on and chose the Nissan Quasqai N-motio. I was also able to look around the car first before taking on on a test drive. Excellent!!

We were looking for a small car for daily commute to work back in August 2019 . One of the agents (Zoe) offered us a very nice used Micra from 2017, in excellent conditions. We asked for a small discount, but the 'manager' said that it was not possible. Anyways, we wanted to see the car inside to make a final decision. The manager answered "I will show you the car only if you will buy it", since we really needed a car we just ignored this kind of rude answer and we said that we were likely to buy it, so he took us to the car. Once inside the car, we asked about the number of cylinders and the type of paint. He said 4 cylinders and that the paint was metallic, which we later realised was wrong information. We made the decision to buy it as we really liked it and needed it. The day before we were supposed to collect the car, Zoe phoned asking if we could collect it two days later as it wasn't ready. We agreed and collected the car when it was ready. Unfortunately, few days after using the car, we discovered that they sold us the car without passing the MOT test and the horn wasn't working. They were well aware of this situation, which is a shame. I called to book an appointment for repair, and they booked the appointment for 2 months after. I phoned back saying that I did not feel safe driving with a not working horn and another guy called Delano, helped me to book it earlier. I would like to say that I bought the car from West Way just because I really needed it, but they did not deserve my money.
My only set of Fob Key-less car keys were destroyed, so in desperation I turned up at Nissan Mill Hill. I admit to being very nervous and unsettled, convinced i was going to be given the 'run around' after reading the poor reviews. However both Paulo and Jessica were warm, friendly and most importantly HONEST right from the start - setting things out clearly and allowing me to make the final decision. Jessica kept me informed throughout the whole process. Not only was the service excellent but the overall costs worked out favourably. Thank you Jessica and Paulo.

Had vehicle 3 year service plan from West Way Nissan Mill Hill at the end of August, I realised that the brake was a bit stiff after the service bearing in mind that I have a low mileage on the car as I do not drive the car much. I decided to contact west way, the service team was difficult to contact. Finally I managed to speak to the service team, was told that it will incur £50 for diagnostic test to see what caused the problem even they confirmed that they had changed the back brake cyclinder during the annual service. Surely this problem must be related to the changing of the brake cylinder as this problem did not noticed before. I was advised to take the car back and they will conduct a diagnostic test and if is not owing to the new replaced brake cylinder I will have to bear the cost of the diagnostic test £50 and if any works need to be carried out.

Saw the car from West Way Nissan Mill Hill on an internet search. Rang the dealership, asked to book a test drive. Test drive booked, made sure the car 'was definitely there' before I ended the call and was assured that it was. Made the long journey from south to north London to find a very nice, well polished showroom and an equally well polished salesman who asked if the car I had booked to drive was a used car? while the car I wanted to buy was £20+k, I was none the less pointed in the direction of some near-by portocabins. The polish did not extend to these, not least because the feel was chaotic, inexperienced and Arthur Daleyesque. We had a nice cup of tea while people 'searched' for the car I described. We had finished our tea by the time we were informed that our car was ready for the test drive and outside the hut was a car its true. "This is not the car I booked a test drive in" was my state the obvious observation. "We're still looking for it" was the weak reply, "but this is 'identical' to the one you want and will give you the feel of the car". So I drove it and we liked it. On our return, we were presented with the 'good news, bad news' scenario. The bad news = the car I had seen was sold yesterday. The good news = is that there is a good number of alternatives. It of course transpired that none of these were actually there, but if one took our eye (to the point of buying it), it could be transported from whatever part of the country it was in. "How long would that take?" was a question answered by a manager sitting at a close by table "Usually about 10 days". "Well that's no good for us" I said across the room. "Well it can take much less time" said the manager without even trying to sound assuring. We left. Let me ask the general manager of Mill Hill; How would you describe the practise of falsely claiming a vehicle is at your premises? On 'discovering' the vehicle was not there, is it good practise to enter into a charade of 'I spy with my little eye, something beginning with - sell them something else'? My recommendations; Close the portocabins, put something up in their place more welcoming. Smarten up the staff. Give yourselves the task of re framing your techniques to represent your industry by mirroring the quality of your products. You can take a couple of leafs from Nissan Penge who I will review next (If the site allows).
