My first time here....and the last....horrible customer service.....over an hour wait just to drop and pick car.... Sales staff walk around doing nothing......service staff over worked......clearly a management and training issue

Ordered a new Nissan quashqui on 2/8/17. Promises by 3/9/17. I ordered an automatic. Having signed the paperwork I asked them to clarify my vehicle spec. They ordered a manual car which I did not want. I was told I had no redress as I had signed the paperwork. I complained to Nissan who investigated. WLMG clearly lies stating I said it was too expensive for an automatic. I never said any such thing. They clearly are only interested in a sale and not a customer. I eventually picked up a car I did not order and am now stuck with it. Do not use them, they are dishonest. I didn’t get the car till 5/10/17. If I could rate 0 I would.
A shocking experience with a sales women followed by an empathetic manager, but I could not neutralize the review. Sorry. I had to buy a car over the weekend as a matter of urgency and had all my finances sorted (over 50% of the car cost as our deposit already ready). Qashqai was our first choice, and West Way was close to us, so we drove there. 1. We met (not greeted by or welcomed by) a lady PENNY and the conversation was exactly as below: Penny: Do you have an appointment? Me: Yes, I booked an appointment with a colleague of yours. Penny: I dont see your name on the list, so its me who has to put up with you, as only I am the only one free now. Me: I want to buy a Qashqai this weekend on PCP, hence wanted to discuss my options. Penny: I can bet £50 you are not here to buy a car, just to spend your weekend test driving cars. Me: Excuse me? Penny: Okay, what are you looking for? Me: I want a 1.5 L, Manual, Diesel, 5 door, Nissan Qashqai. Can you kindly discuss what our options are? Penny (interrupting): You are one smart a***, arent you? What color? Pink? It will be delivered quickly for you. Me: Can I have a word with your manager as I am not feeling very comfortable with your behavior. Penny: I knew you were a waste of time.. Walked off to the manager. The manager tried to soften the blow by spending 2 hours with me. There was another sales staff who helped us too. Tony G and Nick P were amazing: very friendly and helpful. But at the end, I went back home, reviewed the experience and decided not to buy a Qashqai. I am a proud owner of a brand new Hyundai Tucson now.
