After travelling down to see the VW Transporter, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly team with a coffee waiting for me. I had a great first impression of the dealership because the premises were clean and tidy. Everything went well on the day, I can't think of anything I'd change. After taking the Transporter away, I did have a battery issue but when I called Josh, he agreed to pay for another one and in less than 2 hours on the same day, I had a new battery and the money was refunded in my account. Happy to give 5 stars because I have no complaints.

I don't get to drive the vans myself because I just make the purchases, but the VW Crafter has been great from what the lads who drive it have told me. I tend to buy a lot of vans, but I do remember the excellent service from Josh at Westbourne Professional. He was really good throughout the sale. My lads were excited about what comes with this model because we don't get many that come with cruise control or air-con, which is an upgrade from our usual buys. They were really impressed with it, and I was happy with the price. Even the guy who delivered it was nice. I’d definitely come back for another one.

This is the first time I've converted anything into a camper. So far I've got the back window in and the insulation fitted, it's slowly coming together. While I don't have a time in mind that I want it to be completed, as long as it's done for next spring I'll be happy with that. Happy to give top marks.

I haven't had the chance to take the camper because of the weather we are having, but for the time I have used it I'm really enjoying it. The salesman on the day was a great help and it was nice not to feel pressured while I was at the dealership.

The car I purchased was for my son and he is really pleased with it. We did come across a small issue after driving away with an engine light that came on, but I was really impressed with how the team handled the situation. They were happy for me to bring the car back in to get the issue resolved with 0 pushback. Since having the car back after the repairs, the issue hasn't come back around, not that my son has told me anyway, so I guess no news is good news. Amazing experience, and I would definitely come back.

Josh looked after me while I was buying my Transporter and he was honestly faultless, he was really sound to get along with, which made the process so much easier. I've been out in the Volkswagen a fair bit since driving away from the dealership and I've not come across any issues.

I recently bought a Caterham 7, and to be honest, I’m not driving it as often as I’d like, mostly due to the weather. I prefer to take it out in the dry. That being said this weather has given me the chance to use the heater and I've been very impressed with it. I saw a couple of Caterham's online, but this one caught my eye because of the condition and it was the closest one to me as I live in Manchester. Performance-wise, I've had no issues at all. I might look to get softer suspension because I can feel every bump. I dealt with Chris and I thought he was brilliant throughout the whole process. I was also really impressed with the setup, as it's a really nice premises. Even my brother in-law, who came with me on both occasions, couldn’t fault the experience.

Will was great throughout the sales process, and I can't fault the service I received. No problems at all on my end.

So far, so good with my new SUV. I’ve already taken it on a few trips to Luton for family days out, and I’m really enjoying the switch from manual to automatic—especially when I'm stuck in traffic. I don’t think I’d ever go back to a manual now. The SUV drives really well, and I’m loving the experience. Along with a great car, I felt the customer service was top-notch. Unlike some garages where you walk in and get ignored, here I got attention straight away. They explained everything clearly, took me on a test drive, and even picked me up from the station. I’d definitely recommend them.

Wish me luck because the transport I've just purchased from Westbourne Professionals is slowly getting turned into a camper. YouTube at the moment is my best friend with it being my first time but it's been good fun for the most part. The van has pretty much been sitting on my drive since coming away from the dealership but for the most part I've not found anything of any concern. It was nice meeting and doing business with the team.
