My van buying experience at Westbourne Professional was perfect. I am overall thrilled with the fantastic service they provided. The way they handled everything from initial communication to the video calls showcasing the van before the purchase was top of the draw. The handover process was smooth, and the team's professionalism was evident throughout. The other staff members in the office were equally impressive. I'd rate my experience nothing but 5 out of 5. Highly recommended!

I had a BMW 435 that was great and had lots of great toys on the car for a better car with more toy's. I came to Westbourne Professional to purchase a BMW M440D and it really is a wonderful car, which is a dream to drive. I was dealing with Josh and he was great. I was purchasing a quite a high end car and the customer service reflected this. I went to the dealership already knowing I wanted the car, I had done my research and knew all about the car already so I wouldn't say there was that many questions, the car sold its self and Josh just helped me along the way. It was the perfect car at the perfect price.

I'm happy to report that everything is running smoothly with my car, I'm enjoying driving it, although my wife seems to have claimed it 98% of the time! The customer service, especially from Josh, was excellent. He's a friendly and helpful guy, and I got along with him very well. I have no complaints, so it's a solid 5 out of 5 for my experience.

As far as I know the Ford Transit Custom is driving as it should with no issues at all. The buying process was easier than I thought and ran ever so smoothly. The team were great! I couldn't be happier.

All is going wonderfully well with the VW Transport, I have already done a few little bits and bobs to it and I look forward to having a plans in the future. I was dealing with a chap called Oliver who handled everything super well, he was great to have a chat with too. I am very happy over all!

I recently embarked on quite the journey in search of a new van, and let me tell you, it was well worth it! The Mercedes Citan had caught my eye from afar, and I found myself driving quite the distance just to get a closer look. And boy, am I glad I did. The long drive might not have been the most convenient, but let me assure you, the result was more than I could have hoped for. Shortly after purchasing the Citan, I encountered a slight issue with a part, but I didn't let that deter me. I reached out to the folks at the dealership, and to my surprise, they were incredibly swift in their response. Within a matter of days, the needed part arrived at my doorstep, and just like that, my van was back to its prime. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the team left me genuinely appreciative. Would I embark on that long journey again? Perhaps not eagerly, but without a doubt, I would do it all over again to have a van as remarkable as this one. If I were to sum up my experience with the Mercedes Citan and the dealership in one phrase, it would undoubtedly be "5 stars."

The new VW Transporter is taking some getting used to. I came from a very old van so its just getting used to all of the new tech which is the tricky thing, I'm enjoying figuring everything out though!. I am very much loving the drive of the new van it is amazing. I have only done 700 miles so far but I am hoping for many more happy miles in the future. The staff were just great all round, they were easy going, nice to do business with and got it all sorted within a day. The process was just incredible and I can't recommend these guys enough if your on the hunt for a new motor!
