I am absolutely delighted with the process on the whole. For a second hand car with that amount of mileage, it was near perfection! Absolutely amazing customer service from the team at Westbourne Professional, Josh has been fantastic. I have had a bit of an issue with the sliding door and he has got the van back in numerous times to have a look for me. Granted every time it has gone in the fault disappears, but he has been so patient and helpful. I couldn't fault them at all, they have been such a nice, friendly team to deal with.

What a gorgeous motor the TT is, I am absolutely delighted with it! When viewing the car and taking it away, the car looked pristine, you can tell the boys take pride in what they do. From start to end their customer service was first class, I would recommend them to anyone.

It were both Josh and Oliver I dealt with and they have been absolutely brilliant, such a lovely bunch of lads. I bought my Ford Ranger from these recently, and I am over the moon with it. It drives perfectly and looks the part. I am one happy chappy👍.

The Golf R is bang on tbf, proper nice car to drive, can't fault it. It was Josh who I dealt with for the majority of the time and he was great, dead nice lad. Even when viewing the car it was in mint condition, as some places don't get the car looking nice until the handover. They did extra bits on the ar for us too, it were bang on, definitely recommend.

I’ve recently upgraded my diesel golf to a BMW m140 from westbourne professional and what an upgrade it is. I loved the golf but the m140 is on another level. The service from every one I dealt with at Westbourne was thorough and made me feel at ease. I part exchanged my old car and they gave me what I wanted for it price wise and didn’t try to barter me down. When I got the car home there was a slight issue with the car (no fault of their own) but shout-out to Josh who took my call on a Saturday evening in his own time to try resolve the issue, within 30 minutes the issue was resolved and everyone was happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with these guys again in the future. Thanks a lot 👍

Absolutely grand, really nice guy to deal with, did everything he said he would and got the sale sorted quickly. I have nipped in a few times previously before buying this van to look at the stock, and each time I did go they were more than welcoming and didn't rush me. I have had zero issues with the Transporter it is exactly what I was after, highly recommend Westbourne Professional👍.

FANTASTIC! Absolutely fantastic, I have never been to a dealership as good as these guys before. From the place, to the people, to the showroom... absolutely perfect! I had a little issue with the central locking but they have been so courteous and helped with that no issues at all! They were not pushy in the slightest, just high quality service! Highly recommend if you want a quality cars with quality service!

On the whole, I am very happy, my Volkswagen Transporter is great! It was in good condition, and the salesman was a nice guy. It was my first time using Westbourne Professional and they left a good first impression, if they had another car I like, would go again.
