What made this dealer stand out above the rest is how they just gave you the key and left you to it rather than the usual hassling and following you around. They answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, showed me all the paperwork and let me decide what I wanted to do moving forward without any pressure at all. I am literally over the moon with my Skoda Octavia that I picked up from here, it is the cleanest car I have ever bought from anywhere and everyone else I know tells me the same thing. After a lengthy search for what I was looking I came down to Westbourne Professional, and bought a VW Transporter, I'm happy with it. Although there were a couple of minor issues, the car has been fine. The service at Westbourne Professional was great, especially since I knew one of the sales guys from there. The entire process was easy and stress-free. In summary, I'm satisfied with my experience and would rate it a 5 out of 5.
