The guys at Westbourne Professional Ltd are all brilliant, the customer support you get here is remarkable. From start to end the staff bent over backwards to make sure that the whole transaction was hassle free for me, they did not come across pushy at anytime and they let me take my time to think things over and whether or not I wanted to move forward with things. Everything was dealt with in a professional way and I am really pleased with my VW Transporter it is a fab vehicle and it drives very well. I would 110 percent recommend this dealership to everyone and I would definitely shop with these again in the future.

Things could not be any better with my Land Rover which I bought from Westbourne Professionals in Sheffield. At first I did have a few minor issues with the vehicle however when I told them about this they were quick off the mark to make sure that everything got sorted for me and my Land Rover has been perfect since. From my first call with Chris then meeting him and going through the process of buying my BMW. Chris offered to stay after closing time for me to view a car, no pushy sales tactics, he just wanted the best for me and my family. It is refreshing to visit a dealership where the car is as advertised. The car runs beautifully, and it is actually a really smooth drive, considering the age of the vehicle. I've had a couple of trips up to Edinburgh in my Toyota and I've had no issues to be honest with you. Chris was the main man who looked sold me the car and his service was really first class, I'm very satisfied.

Great experience with Josh, he helped me every step of the way to reach a deal that I was happy with. So far, all good with the new car, loving the upgraded digital bits in the car it feels very modern and techy! What a great VW I purchased from Westbourne! Everything is running well at the moment (touch wood) before I visited this dealership, I did contact the main VW dealership and still to this day I haven't had any response back.
