I bought a Range Rover Evoque off Westbrook car sales in October. Unfortunately I have had issues with the central locking on 3 separate occasions. Each time I have taken it back jay has gone above and beyond to remedy the problem. I cannot recommend this firm high enough. I will definitely buy from this firm again. I wish other car sales were as professional and as easy to deal with.

Bought a car from here, a week later the timing chain was making loud noises and was quoted £2500 for repairs. Westbrook fixed it, and I was left with no car for a week, working as a nurse and pregnant, was not helpful at all!! A week later my partner and I was driving down a dual carriageway and it completely shut down with no power including brakes!! Very dangerous! They recovered it, and informed us it’s the way it has been drove!! Now considering I only drive to work and back and is an absolutely ridiculous comment to make!! He threatened my partner on the phone, very aggressive which I had to report to the police prior to going there as this actually scared me. When we arrived there, they informed us they had not inspected the car yet, so how can they tell us it’s how it’s been driven!! We had to wait in the car park for them to release money for the car I part exchanged. What worries me more the car is back for sale on their website, please be careful whoever buys this car! Be wary as they go by different business names and have bad reviews. I will be taking this further to the trading standards. Terrible experience.

I will give 0 star if it's possible . I am a single mum and I had to save for long to be able to upgrade to a bigger car . I bought a CRV Honda from this place .The car was advertised with all working extras and was looking good on the pictures . When I went there for viewing the car , Jay (seller ) had to jump start the car because of the Covid19 situation that was his excuse . I didn't say anything against that but because of this the navigation system unit wasn't working and ask for security code . There was marks from hit on the back bumper and was smelling awful 😖 😫 because the previous owner was owned a dog . Because of this reasons and his absolutely word that the navigation system is working but I have to retrieve the code from Honda dealership he made a discount of 200£ . When I went to Honda dealership for the code from there they let me know that no one on earth can make this navigation system working . I give them a call ( to Jay ) straight on and actually he spoke with the person from Honda , when he gets back to speak with me he asked me for £200 so he will give me the code . I couldn't believe what I heard at that moment . He was asking for all the discount which is based on many other points so he can give me a code 😠😡. I still can't take the dog hair out from the boot cover . Without working navigation radio unit I can't use many other functions of the vehicle like a back camera vision, phone connectivity and so on A.just to mention the car has 3 months guarantee which looks like is just another trick so they can take your money. I will take this company to the court as I have witnesses for every each word Jay have told us , but I'm writing this review so I can make aware of another potential victims ( customers) . Do not trust these people and do not trust this company because they don't take responsibility for the customers.
