Put my car in for an MOT, they said the washer pump was broken - it worked when it was dropped off - but they insisted it was broken so I agreed to get it replaced. When I got the car back, the washers didn't work, front or back. When I put it back in to get replaced, the mechanic told me they "didn't have time to check these things". "These things" part of the MOT that you just tested and signed off? So it failed the MOT on a working washer pump and passed with a brand new (but faulty) one. Obviously hadn't been re-tested. They also carried out a full service off their own back and insisted I pay for it, despite me never having asked for or authorised the work. I put the car into a different garage for a health check because I was so unhappy with the service here, and was informed that some of the advisories from the MOT were completely incorrect, and no work was required on these parts.
Kevin at Western Nissan went that extra mile, making us feel valued when buying a Qashqai for my wife. Nothing was too much trouble, from cups of tea to doing all the work in transferring her private plate. It all felt very relaxed and hassle free. Looking forward to buying the replacement car already

We never go anywhere else to purchase our cars and always recommend friends and family to do the same. Paul Ritchie always looks after us well - in fact he can't do enough - he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and always manages to find us a great car hence the reason we always go back to him.

In those times , no card payment ? ( only cash) No receipt ?? , explaining that the machine is broken Unbelievable what's going on there.

Back in August, I purchased a Nissan Juke from Western Stirling Nissan and I am very happy with it. When I received it, it was very nice and clean and in great condition. I am having an ongoing issue at the moment with the turbo but the dealers are trying their absolute best to get it resolved. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this dealership.
