Looked on this website after finding car on autotrader. Arrived in Bradford and Jay presented himself. Jay is an amiable man and has been excellent at providing me with peace of mind after purchasing the car. After a few niggles I was off in my car. Jay has also helped me sort out all the paper work which was great and even offered his landline to call insurance. Spot on. Great experience as I had never bought from a car dealer. Bought a honda accord on the 1st of may this year. Dealership was very helpful and very customer friendly. Been wanting to write this review for a long time but not been able to until now. I definitely reccomend these guys. I drove from birmingham to see the car and to be honest was reluctant at first as bradford does not have very good reviews but these guys put me at ease and are a very professional team. Thank you

Do not purchase any vehicle from this dealer. He is selling a Kia Sportage which I bought last week for £2900 after using the car 2 days only there was oil spillage aggressively pouring from underneath we were told there was a months warranty the owner Jay deducted £150 saying it was for picking the car up which was under warrenty & now he has it up for sale for £3895 nearly £1000 more than last week I am taking him to court where I have been legally advised if anyone else has had problems with this lot please get legal advise where he will have to pay you back also loss of earnings & the cost of the court proceedings THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL.

Hi Mrs Hargan. Very sorry to hear about your frustration but we did discuss this in detail. We refunded you the money when the car had a problem. The deduction is in line with current legislation for Usage/wear and tear. We had the problem rectified which was very minor and could have been caused by driver misuse and have remarketed the car. Hi Jay Sorry but I disagree I Purchased the Kia Sportage For £2900 with 1 months Warrenty I drove the car 3 time I only had it for 8 days the Second time it was used was to a supermarket on return my neighbour knocks on my door showing me oil leaking like a well which it was so we dip stocked to see where the oil level was & it said full even though it was flowing from under the car we took it out to see if it may stop the oil flow no instead the whole car broke down. 8 days this was but with 1 year warrenty you sent a tow truck which is the right thing for a company who is still under warrenty. The next morning the problems fixed I told you I did not want that car again I wanted my cash back as I wasn't a satisfied customer & you took £150 of my money for the tow truck & repairs not only that the person who is driving it now think they are the 3rd owner of the Vehical but they are not you didn't register myself & Husbands of the Kia Sportage I have proof of purchase through the bank insurance & receipt not only that lady's & gentleman Jay then puts the Kia Sportage back up for sale only this time for £38500 a week before it was £2900 but you have just said on your comment it was a minor repair so that minor repair cost nearly £1000 I phoned you to ask why that car had gone up nearly £1000 more since £150 of it was mine & you said you had to put £600 worth of work to fix where the Kia Sportage was damaged I have the recording of you saying it I want to know why you have kept £150 of my money you didn't contact DVLA that the car had been purchased but the car faulty they do know now we were the 3rd owners but who ever bought the car for £1000 more than its value also believe they are the 3rd owner When actualy they are the 4th Baby's could be in the car the next accident it has if you were the car dealership nice gentleman the you would never of kept £150 from us while under warrenty for £150 you are going to pay a lot more than that you unlawfully lied to the 4th buyer about ownership & price this is something the public need to know if you can be nasty about £150 how bad a person are you I did warn you it will cost you

Hi Jay I would also like to mention I still want my £150 if you are not prepared to do so then court procedures will take place you could of saved yourself a lot of hassle but the dishonesty of vehicle owners that could damage you in a lot of ways I think you should do the decent thing pay me £150 notify DVLA how it slipped your mind to register me also rectify with the fourth buyer how he is the Forth owner & a refund of £1000 I'm sure you will gain public trust once more once you complete all these maybe you won't have to go through legal procedures

Hi you have my sympathy , I also am taking them to court for their cheating and lies . They just have to be the worst garage in the United Kingdom its never their fault always the customers fault
Westfield Motor house made the whole transaction a pleasant experience. I must say that it was a real pleasure to deal with an honest and straight forward dealer, not often the case in the motor trade. After I had a problem with my purchase Jay dealt with it in a positive manner and returned me my cash without quibble. a genuine honest dealer.

I saw the car on AutoTrader and after a chat with Jay reseved it. And to reasure us I got extra year on MOT. We came from London to see it and everything was as described. Lovely car. We had to drive back during storm Imogen and Terracan was eating miles.I would highly recomend them as this was my first car bought from a dealer and you see and hear all kind of horror stories. They are nice and genuine people who care about customers and if we decide to go for used car I will go back to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My extended thanks and gratefulness go to the management of Westfield, I chose the car online on Autotrader and after a reassuring conversation with Jay I decided to drive up from Swansea, a 6 hour drive in the rain. It was well worth it, I found the car was exactly as described, all the papers, service history, and invoices were presented and in order, I received such a warm welcome, and as a lady customer I could not have been better looked after. There are many car dealers nowadays and competition is fierce, if you look for unbiased advice matching your budget and a transaction to remember, they are worth the distance to go by a car from. Things got off to a bad start with Westfield when the car had some major problems early on but absolute credit to the dealership they stood up, were very cooperative and agreed to switch the car outright and gave me a years warranty. They were genuine guys, you can't predict these things happening and the way they responded to the situation was fantastic and they have earned themselves 5 stars from me.
