Travelled from the North East to look at the cars Westfield Motor House had. I have problems with back pain so had to get the right car, and Jay and his staff couldn't do enough to help. I had plenty of time during the test drives, and there was no pressure whatsoever on us, to find a suitable car. I bought a Rav4 which I initially saw on their website. I would recommend this garage, they have a varied selection of cars to choose from and the prices are good. The staff are very approachable, and all in all it was a really positive experience.

Bought an Audi A5 from here a month and 3 days ago for £8300! Within the first week had major problems! DPF light came on and huge oil leak! Got spun a yarn that the DPF needed a regen because it’s a motorway car. Sent it back to him to be fixed (90 miles away!! Had to pay revovery man £200!! As couldn’t drive it! And he promised to deliver the car back to me!! Which he never!!) he fixed the oil leak as he said it was a “loose bolt” and didn’t refund me the cash! Said it wasn’t his fault or problem! I then had to pay somebody to take me down there (£80!!) to pick my car up! 3 weeks later the dpf came back up!! After my girlfriend drove all the way to Blackpool and back!! And now 4 weeks later the car has a water coolant leak! A horrible clanging sound from the right side! A glow plug light on! Dpf light on! And went into limp mode on the way to work!! I’ve took it to my local 5 star garage like I did the second and third week I got it due to oil leak and dpf and they told me I should take it back to the place I’ve got it from because it’s the biggest pile of junk ever. In other words I’ve been “ripped off!” I was furious and I rang up the dealership owner! And he said it isn’t his problem and that I’ve had the car long enough for these problems to occur! I’m now left with a complete hump of junk that’s stuck in limp mode with more lights on then New York City awaiting a court case for my money back!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Great friendly service. Got a very good deal from Jay and I have no doubt that should I ever have an issue, it will be dealt with promptly and fairly. He took time and trouble to ensure that I was totally happy with every aspect of the transactio If only all car dealers were like this!

Now car dealers most of us are apprehensive about them we go with the mindset of rite there going to be like politicians this cars the bees knees straight as a ruler as they do , that was what I was expecting to be honest, but to my surprise that couldn't be farther from the truth, talk about being honest my goodness I went to view a focus upon my arrival in was greeted with a smile given the keys and a complete free rain to check the car in peace ( no one was breathing down my neck ) I asked for a test drive normal yes but for a full 20 minutes drive with no objections from him at all , amazing, the focus needed a new clutch and was fitted with one the next day not a problem at all ,again no hassle , very polite and amazingly there prepared to go the extra mile to give you peace of mind, I didn't have to lift a finger to sort the road tax either that was done for me 2 all I did was pay for it lol , they was adamant they was cleaning the car (that was all ready spotless ) before I drove it away, I'm still in shock as to how honest , unbelievably helpful these guys are , my focus is like a new car both cosmeticly and mechanical wise , so if you're like me you don't trust car dealers then you definitely need to buy your car here, with total confidence and peace of mind you won't be disappointed or harassed by them at all, so don't just take my word for it go today and buy with confidence

I am absolutely over the moon with my car we got from jay, it is just perfect clean looks good sounds great, jay and his staff were helpful but not stood over you they were there to help if needed they have made my first time buying from a dealer a lovely experience thank you so much (shame I didn't get my flowers lol) big thumbs up from me From mandi
