I have just purchased a Mercedes from this garage and found the owner and staff very helpful. The car was everything I expected and was ready to drive away. They handled all the paper work as to the registration transfer with DVLA with the utmost efficiency. My experience was as good as any main Mercedes Dealer.

Arranged a test drive and drove 2 hours from Bristol the following day, my sister and I both taking the day off of work. The car and garage owner Phil were not there! Eventually got him on the phone and apparently the car wasn't for sale any more, his son wanted to keep it. He had the cheek to say 'we tell all our customers to check on the day of travel' as if it was my fault. The then said 'well, will you pay the full price? If so I'll go get the car now'! Thanks for wasting our time Phil.

Bought a car from Westgate Cars. When It developed issues my phone calls were ignored and when eventually speaking to these people they wouldn't even inspect car. Stay away from this dealer!
