Absolutely abhorrent treatment from Nissan Birmingham. Danielle took money off my mother without even going through any T&C’s or paperwork … but happily took her deposit!! (She’s nearly 80). She has signed no paperwork except her deposit. THIS IS AGAINST ALL PROTOCOL. Car not ready after 2weeks, numerous calls ignored, even the DP never called my mother back. On handover day & discussions with Mike the manager about Danielle's handling of the sale he tried his hardest to rectify everything. However within an hour of leaving the garage with pick up arranged we were called again to say car not ready due to bird mess (this was on the car 2 weeks previously). I will be taking the matter up with the Ombudsman regarding their service & the disgusting manor in which Danielle spoke to my mother when she cancelled her order today.

Booked a service for my motability car arrived promptly at 10.30 am (the booked in time) and was told It wouldn't be seen until 2.30 pm as they were busy and they didn't know that I was going to wait whilst it was done. As a disabled person I really don't have a lot of choice without my motability car then I was asked how I was paying (service is included in motability deal. Then after half an hour they said they'd reschedule me for a home collection and waive the fee (The fee that motability drivers don't pay) then I was given a date that was two weeks ago Finally I was given a date six weeks away and I left hopefully never to return if possible

Absolutely useless. Spent a week calling and emailing about a nissan juke. Online sales team kept saying someone would call me nobody did. Had one email from sales team asking if I wanted to reserve the car so I don't lose out, yet didn't even have courtesy to introduce themselves. Find anything out about my needs or answer a number of questions I sent through via email. Interested in buying a used man dealer car, don't bother with this lot. Go elsewhere!!! If they can't even answer a sales enquiry properly, imagine what it would be like if you had a problem with the car.
When I went to pick up my Qashqai, Danni and I saw a noticable scratch on the door which hadn't been there before. Straight away she arranged to get it sorted. She even came to pick the car up from my house and took it back to the body shop, returning it back to me. During the whole buying process, she was really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough and went beyond to sort out the scratch problem. Can't recommend her enough - she's a real asset to Nissan Westway Birmingham. Thanks Danni - you're an absolute star! The car looks so good now and I'm delighted with it. Many thanks for sorting everything out.

Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai Tekna from West Way Birmingham, Danielle was an absolute star from start to finish ,she answered all my questions with a smile and the odd joke even got the marks on the front bumper rectified prior to picking up the vehicle, keep up the good work. I have only one criticism Danielle (you need to support a better football team).Thank you once again.

When I got my used vehicle from Nissan Westway Birmingham and realised a significant problem, they showed no remorse or accountability. I am now stuck with a £2.5k repair bill and can't even get a response from the dealership. Claire is especially uncommunicative. Absolutely disgusting treatment after spending a small fortune with them.

Having decided to go electric we set about looking at the options. West Way Nissan was our last stop. We were served by Robbie who listened to what we wanted, gave us some options, showed us the vehicles and answered our questions. He was friendly but not pushy, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We made our decision, considered the optional extras and chose what we wanted, agreed a part exchange value for our current car, completed the paperwork, and that was that. The car arrived several weeks later (we were kept up to date by phone and email) and the handover was smooth and thorough. In 60 years of motoring I cannot recall a car-buying experience that was as straightforward and pleasant as this one. I cannot recommend West Way highly enough.
