Absolutely 💯 disappointed with the service no calls back waiting for months for my juke which I will be taking the matter further the way I have been treated has worsened my illness absolutely disgusting customer service and no calls back I've logged everything from the phone calls and false promises Disgusting service

i am very sorry to be sending this email. I saved and saved to buy my first Juke in Lincoln before moving here to Coventry. My first experience with westway Nissan in Coventry was terrible back in 2016 so I made a complaint. in 2019 I was desperate to upgrade my juke and gave them a 2nd chance. I was sold a new juke bose personal. I was told it was similar spec to my old tekna, what rubbish that was its terrible. so I've had the car 2 years now on PCP and not once had any contact from the garage infact I've had to contact them regarding the yearly service.  the finance team called me and I explained this to them. they got Paul to call me about quoting for another car, he said I'll come back to you that was over 6 months ago. I now have frost on the inside of my windscreen, I booked the car in only to turn up and the courtesy car had not being booked, a guy said you obviously didn't book one. yes I did, he said I can listen to the phone call, go ahead - made me feel like a liar. I was told it was normal to have frost on the inside especially if you have condensation - ermm why would my car have condensation inside, you couldn't make it up. So my car is now in being checked I was told they would ring me today for collection, its 5pm and nothing. I just called the phone rang about 12 times then I thought someone had answered it but all I could hear was the workers talking and discussing cars and who they belonged to, then someone appeared after about 5 mins. anyway the cars ready with no diagnosis. I would like to look at other cars but feel this showroom cannot sort this for me and I've seen many other bad reviews. Help is there any other Nissan garages near Coventry?

So called sales staff at West Way Nissan in Coventry don't know the basic info about the leaf. Pointed us to their useless website which also has practically zero information on the leaf. I don't need specs. I dont need reviews. I need a bloomin price. A 'from 36k to 42k' is meaningless. Also got told the price is the price. No room for movement yet dealers in Nottingham and Darlington and even as far a Dundee have shown a willingness to move on the price. Finally how about joining CarWow? Or is it that you know you can't compete?

Very bad customer service at West Way Nissan in Coventry.

West Way Coventry Nissan needs to do some training in what customer service is! Have used it several times and had nothing but issues. When I asked to talk to somebody more senior I was told I could not. I could not believe it when they charged me to investigate an issue to my air con a year after I took it to them for first investigation where they told me I need to re-gas (car only 3 years old). 9 months later it was clear it was not working again on a hot day and so I took it in again only to be told there was a pin hole in a pipe and I would have to pay £700 to get it fixed! I walked away and lost the £50 I had already paid for investigation! Do not use this dealer!!
