Awful experience! Don't do the mistakes we did!! I'm 52 years old and I have been buying cars from dealers all my life! I have never crossed or seen customer service that bad, I was shocked and disappointed by James as sales men!!! didn't give Damn about me or what I want?? He was even not interested to lessen!!! almost he tell you that we don't want to sell you the car and you are disturbing us!!!!!!! Very bad attitude and rude 😤, he spoiled my excitement of buying my new car and lost the interest!!! My wife was shocked when I described the attitude and behaviour of the sales man James? DON'T GO THERE AND LET THEME TREAT YOU AS GARBAGE! THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY

Second hand car sold to me with serious faults. Not fit for purpose.
Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with from my own personal experience. Worst retail experience I have had. Lies , deceipt , broken promises. On January 5th this year I found a car advertised on the internet by WESTWAY NISSAN MANCHESTER. As I live in Yorkshire I could only view the car remotely on the web. I rang them and a spoke to a salesman JAMES BOSWELL. I gave him a £100 refundable ( at least that's what it says on their website ) reservation fee to reserve the car as it was a remotely seen car. Obviously I would only be able to approve the car when I travelled over to Manchester. Unfortunately shortly after I reserved the car I had to go into hospital so I rang JAMES and explained I couldn't carry on with the deal so I cancelled it with him. I asked about the return of my fully refundable reservation fee and he said he would arrange it. Approx 10 days later the £100 had NOT BEEN refunded as promised.. I rang JAMES and again asked him to refund my £100. Again he said he would arrange this. A week later it still had not been refunded. I rang again but was told James was busy but he would ring me shortly when he was free. He DID NOT ring me. I rang back the morning of the next day and was put through to a man in the service department. I explained the problem and asked to be put through to James. He said he wasn't at his desk. I asked to be put through to the general manager but he refused to do this and was very unresponsive to my problem. I asked to be put through to the sales manager JONATHAN BOSWELL and he told me he was in a meeting but would get him to ring me when he was out of the meeting. He did not ring me so i rang back in the afternoon and managed to get through to the sales manager JONATHAN BOSWELL. I again explained that I wanted the return of my £100. He said he would ring me back. Several hours later he rang me back and asked for my bank details and promised he would arrange for the refund. Around a week later the refund HAD NOT been made. The following weeks I have rung and emailed WESTWAY multiple times and spoke to JAMES BOSWELL , TOM , SAID AND GARETH. Each time being promised the refund would be sorted. I was asked for my bank details and card details 4 TIMES. But still the refund wasnt paid. I rang my bank Barclays to complain Westway wasnt returning my money. My bank contacted Westways bank and it wasnt until this point that my refund was paid back to me. This was 7 weeks since I first asked for my refund returned. I believe that if I hadn't complained to my bank that I would NOT have got the refund and I believe that it was a deliberate ploy not to refund me hoping I would get fed up and not bother going any further. I have since read reviews where this was the case for other prospective buyers. Untrustworthy , deceitful salesmen. I dread to think what would have happened if I had actually bought the car and there was a problem with it. Very stressful experience with WESTWAY NISSAN MANCHESTER and particularly the salesman JAMES BOSWELL and the sales manager JONATHAN BOSWELL. I personally would not trust them in any way through my own experience with them. My advice to any prospective buyer would be to read of my experience with them and go elsewhere. I give them 0 stars in every way for this review.

Hi all,pls don't buy car from westway Nissan Manchester.pls my humble request.I bought an Audi Q2 from them on 27th October 2023(2020 Audi Q2,price 19800 GBP). James from Dealership delivered my car. Within 5 days,I got warning light as coolant empty. Coolant was leaking. RAC recovered my Car to westway Nissan Manchester. Now the situation is,no-one is responsible to give me a proper answer. Once you bought a car from westway Nissan Manchester,that's it.their service is horrible. When we call service line,they will say they have to send pictures to warranty team.They will take ages to send pictures to warranty team. I don't know what to do and my personal advice ,please don't do the same mistake by purchasing car from Westway nissan manchester.its horrible service. I will wait for couple of days and if same response,I will go with legal proceedings . Dear Owner,please don't tell me to contact customer service email because I sent email and no response from them. I will share my this experience with possible.
This is my 5th car from Westway Nissan, The sales team are always friendly and helpful (thanks Charlie). They explain all the paperwork before you buy and keep you updated while you await delivery. Any accessory packs are explained in detail too. The service team are easy to deal with and booking service times and courtesy cars is straightforward. More often than not they will call me to book in for the service. The car is always in 1st class condition when it is returned.

Westway Nissan Manchester always looked after me from day 1 when i took my first car back in 2018. It is my 4th one from there and its brilliant. Overall service was very nice even after sell. Special thanks to Gareth who is a very genuine guy and i can rely on him 100% in any days, thanks mate!!

This company are ok when buying from them but after sales service is shite.Bought qashqai from them 6 weeks ago car had only 1 key was told by sales rep it was company policy to always supply 2 keys said I would have second key within 1 week still waiting rung garage about 10 times know joy.Frank from Halifax
Love my new car and the service I received leading up to and when picking up the car was excellent. Charlie was extremely helpful.
