The Dealer i was dealing with him was a lot skills management i can day number 5 to 5
Deceived from onset, signed for car and given date for pick up as 7 days. 16 days later car received after endless phone calls. Interior damp and exterior poorly cleaned. Excuse valet staff not up to scratch. Just got the car roll on final payment can not wait to be rid of it. So unhappy. Paperwork not available.

Rang last night regarding a car we had seen and rang back this morning to say was available and giving us first refusal. We wanted to come see the car and asked what they would take our car in part exchange and said would call us back. Rang twice, no call back, third call they had sold it. Do not trust these people! Very rude to go sell it! Wasted our day waiting for call back! Absolutely rubbish customer service!
I purchased an xtrail from Altrincham and after I had the car delivered I found out it was a derogation unit, nearly twice the tax I was expecting, they told me I had it cheap, after 2 months of stress they are offering me £4000 less to have it back, won't be trusting anyone again
Lie their way through a sale, Will say anything to get you to sign a contact. Then wash their hands of you afterwards. The manager didn’t even seem to care that a salesman had given false information during a sale! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Worked hard all my life, bought a new juke 2011, ever since the first service up to this present date 2020, had nothing but a stressful times with this dealership, when it comes to service time, please do not part with your hard earned money, they don’t have any competent abilities, or even basic customer skills, Nissan don’t deserve your custom they will make your life hell, one hundred percent true. S Higginson.
How long would you wait for Nissan to repair your new car. I took delivery of a new leaf in September 2019. Less than 24 hour's later I found a fault,. Following several visits to the dealership and 4 extra faults. To date, June 2020 I'm still waiting for my car to be repaired.

Just bought a 2 years old Qashqai Tekna from West Way Nissan in Manchester, spending £17k plus a further £150 for delivery pack of new mats and a full tank of fuel... Car was picked up with old, dirty mats and only £20 worth of fuel. Car had clearly not been valeted and had just been hosed down as wheels and bumpers were very dirty and bodywork was still wet. Was fobbed off with every excuse under the sun... parts dept shut, paint repairer wasn’t in work last week... and then just bare faced lies... you’ve got new mats! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
