Bought bmw i3, terrible customer service and repairs , 100 point check list must have been tucked in the dark as car filthy and lots of faults , took them weeks to fix and still arrived back with faults

Had a great experience buying my new car all members of staff where very helpful Paul the sales person was excellent nothing was to much trouble and his knowledge regarding the cars was excellent he answered all questions I had and was always very polite Would definitely buy from him again

Every aspect of our new car purchase was a pleasant experience. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and the sales person, Mike was friendly, kind and courteous at all times and if we weren't sure about anything, he took time and trouble to make sure that we understood everything.
