From arriving at Nissan west way I felt at ease and Mike the salesman made me feel relaxed as this was a new experience for me choosing a new car and I was a little nervous , but Mike was fantastic 10/10 wasn’t good enough , he was very professional at all times but explained everything to me so easily , he is a credit to your company as I had also been to some other rival company’s , I can’t thank Mike enough for all his help on my purchase , also he said my car wouldn’t be ready till April/ may but had a call from him to say a car had come in and was I interested , so I decided to take it , he was very patient but a simple call back and appointment made for a couple of days later to pick my car up :) also when I first looked at the juke Mike gave us the keys with no hassle and gave me time to have a look at the car , would definitely recommend Mike and also Nissan west for three fast professional service ,, can’t thank them enough
