I don't normally write negative reviews. However.... Bought a Nissan micra from West way Stockport. Used but only 18 months old and one of their cared4 vehicles. The car was in London at West way Mill Hill. No worries said the salesman we will get it. Three weeks later it arrived! Go to pick it up. Not a good experience. I don't have any paperwork for it says the salesman but take it from me its all OK. A bit miffed I agreed to take the car to be then told 'did I tell you its only got one key' by now the buying experience has evaporated and been replaced with suspicion. Never mind says the salesman let's go and look at your car. First thing it's been sprayed on the front bumper /bonnet with masking lines easily visible. Yes said the salesman, there were marks we couldn't polish out so we sprayed it. Close look at the rear tailgate, also sprayed. No idea about that says he. No idea who cared4 this car but it's not what you expect for their alleged Premier range of used cars. There is another thing says I. I paid for mats and fuel, an extra £100 (more fool me). Where are the mats. I don't remember that says he. Wait here. Comes back with mats under his arm. Oh yes he says you did pay for that. No fuel either so I wait for him to fill up and get back. I will order a key he says. I ask when it was serviced last. 'no idea' says he. A look at the service book (which amazingly was in the glove box) showed no service history at all. Well, it's been checked he says. No idea what this means, but I get him to agree to service it when I go back for the 2nd key. After having the car one day, the tyre pressure light comes on! Check them to find all are 6-8pounds below recommended pressure. Rectify that myself but of more concern is the oil patch this car is leaving on my path. Phone West way re this. Sales person says "never heard of that before. YOU need to book it in to the service department. Call allegedly transferred. No reply. Several attempts later I manage to get the bloody thing booked in. It'll be a couple of hours they say. I have used some of the four hours I have been waiting for the car to write this review. No chance of a courtesy car! So the car is done. it's back at service reception. Oil leak on timing cover. They have to apply to Nissan for that so they didn't even fix this whilst it was in. Obviously my time is worthless to them. Been talking to another customer who was told 40 mins for his job. He's been there over 2 hours. Not just me then! Very very poor service. Won't be buying from here again. Heed the warning

I totally agree about the service there it's absolutely shocking. They treat you like a piece of dirt. My car's been back there that many times (and it's only 18mths old, bought from another Nissan garage brand new) that I should have my own loyalty card, I can't say to much atm as it's an ongoing complaint, but I wouldn't and never will buy from this dealership in Stockport.
