Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this firm. Their customer service is terrible and the staff are rude and ignorant, and unable to communicate in a civilised way. Also afraid to say that their level of understanding is extremely low. Everyone I dealt with at this firm needs a lot of training in customer care and the ability to perform their duties to the required level There are much better similar firms within walking distance of Westwood, I advise you try them instead.

Anyone reading these slanderous comments made by David Egan of Skelmersdale should hare on the side of Caution. We as a company rented vehicles to Mr Egan for over three years, in that time we upgraded him on two occasions, looking after him even when he fell into arrears. Unfortunately his arrears became significant and we had no option but to reposes our hire vehicle. Since then he as attacked our fantastic company and members of my team by leaving false reviews about my team under many different review names. Fortunately we have many great customers up and down the country that really appreciate the customer services and products that we offer. We really appreciate anyone taking the time to write honest reviews. However there is no substance to Mr Egans slanderous comments. Chris Melling, (Managing Director).
