We really valued working with Harry at Wheelers. We don't often buy new cars but Harry was clear and informative throughout; from our first enquiry to delivery of the vehicle. As a young family in need of a bigger car I would happily recommend Wheelers to anyone in our situation.

I was looking to upgrade my Mitsubishi so searched Autotrader to give me a good scope and the reviews of Wheelers seemed to be sound. I currently have a whistle sound coming from the engine which is apparently a turbo so i'm getting a written quote to send to aftersales. As far as sales goes, Harry was spot on, very professional and the coffee machine was good!

I was told the Honda Jazz would be perfect for me and there was one waiting for me at Wheelers Chipping Norton. They are close and i've used them before as they have a garage. They are reliable, I can't complain. Ben the sales guy was very charming.

This is the second vehicle i've bought from Wheelers, I’m very happy with them. They are nice, polite, professional and happy to please. I’ve recommended them already and I tell everybody there is a nice selection. Tom was the sales guy and they don’t push you, it's up to you to make your mind up. Even if you speak to one of the younger assistants they always go get you the keys to have a look. Bit of a delay getting the car but I know they have other things in hand but it didn’t worry me. When we got the car it was ideal.

From start to finish, I was met with professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Ben was extremely 'straightforward' to deal with (this is a must for me when buying a car!) We were so impressed by Wheelers, Ben and their range of cars my husband would like to buy his next one there! I have been delighted with my new car, thank you.

The Volvo’s great. I think Wheelers are a good dealership. It took a long time to have the car delivered but they did warn me, it was just abit longer than I was expecting. There was a last minute problem on one of the door locking mechanisms but Ben sorted it and I think it was Ben who personally delivered the car on Saturday morning so he went the extra mile to do that. Other than that, all good. I saw the car on their website. I liked their cars and there aren’t too far away from me . I noticed their cars sell pretty quickly so I thought that was a good sign. I would use them again and will recommend.
