I came in with a couple of poor experiences with cars and car dealers. I was extremely sceptical. But I was reassured throughout that I'd he taken care of. The process was easy. And the car came looking and feeling like it rolled off the manufacturers line.

I'm happy with Wheels, they were really easy to deal with. The Hilux has been good, but it has not been serviced as advised. I haven’t raised it with the dealer as it's nearly 2 hours travel for me, and I could do it myself. I found the Hilux on Autotrader, it had all the kit on it.

My experience with Wheelers and Harry was great! Harry was great during the sales process. I found the Ford Focus on Autotrader, followed the link to the dealership website, and the car has been great so far.

The Golf is great. I’ve bought 3 cars from wheels, and they have all been reliable, well priced and the service was great. The staff are very responsive and they always deliver to the schedule they set out.

The Combo is brilliant, Tom at Wheelers was very good at his job, he was very professional and my experience with him during the one on one was great.

The vehicle developed a fault on day four of ownership. They immediately took full responsibility, took it back and supplied a temporary vehicle. The repair even involved going back to a main dealer. It was returned and so far all is well. Excellent customer service.

The Polo is lovely, it’s been all fine. My experience with Ben was very good, he was smooth and thorough.

Harry was good during sales process. Wheelers were really up front with everything, the car came with a fresh MOT and Service, they let me know it would take 4 weeks due to the queue of cars being MOTed and Serviced. It's all going alright so far with the Hyundai I800.

The Mini hatch has been absolutely fine, it’s been a lovely little car. We’ve been up on a couple shorter trips. We did with Amber initially before she went on holiday and did the handover with Harry, everything went pretty straightforward, everything was all good. Amber lets us look at the car at our leisure with no pressure.

The Peugeot Partner is getting on very well. However, it’s the second van I have got from them as the initial one spent majority of the time in the garage. My experience with Tom was very good.
