All excellent before the sale and until there is a problem and then suddenly the emails suddenly get lost and conversations are forgotten This company does nothing to dispel the 'used car dealer' stereotype. If you are considering dealing with them get everything in writing and double check the paperwork

Brilliant selection of cars, staff were all lovely, full serviced and MOT'd my Discovery when i brought it. couldn't recommend enough
paid the deposit and told i would have email before end of business I didnt emailed saying they would confirm delivery in 2 days They didn't said 50 mile delivery is free It isn't I phoned on 4th day and was told the fully serviced car i was trying to buy would take about a week to prep i asked why no contact and why so slow and was told they have other customers . i'm buying some where else that can keep its word
