Just bought a new car I saw advertised at Wheelwright on Chorley Road. It's was exactly as advertised, well priced and very clean. The man in the office provided a great friendly service. Me and my dad looked at the other cars too which looked in good condition and we're well sourced. Guy there was knowledgeable about the car, which we'd researched a lot ourselves and very helpful. He was also honest and personable and we had a good chat about unrelated things. We would 100% recommend.

Wheelright Motor Company has a very rude owner. He likes to bully people on the phone who give bad reviews which is my right to if i feel fit. His solution to minor car issues is a refund on the full vehicle. Rather than being decent and sorting the issue. I have had the car less than 2 weeks.

As a lady driver I don't do many miles . So I wanted a nice little runner Nothing too expensive , but didn't really know much to be honest . An older man dealt with me. He went through all the stock and he explained the cost of running the cars . Fuel road tax etc He wasn't pushy and I felt very comfortable . He handed me a business card and left me to wander through the cars. Once I decided I went on a test drive . I bought a lovely neat shiny Bonny fiat 500 that I totally adore . Easy relaxing friendly service Definitely use this garage again
If they didn't have the right car there at the right price I wouldn't have done business with them. The service was poor, he didn't know his own range of stock and the standard warranty they provide is useless. The only redeeming part was they had a decent range of stock and that they did bring the price down a bit.
